My review is strictly for an Amazon return. This location saw a problem, and fixed it. I have been to other Kohl's locations where Amazon returns, and regular store returns are done at customer service. What results is long waits for all. This location has made a pop up counter for Amazon returns, right near the front entrance. Now, regular customers are not inconvenienced with Amazon returns, and vise versa. The person maning the Amazon returns was quick and efficient. She even managed to fit the entire spiel about a 25% off coupon good for one week, and what part was my receipt for the return in the time it took for the sticker to print. I would happily use this location for Amazon returns again. read more

So. I am actually on the fence. I purchased a pair of Nike Running shoes online for pick up. Everything went well. I found my bin where the merchandise is picked up and I went on my way. The shoes were in a bag. The box was taped up. The label with my information was attached outside the shoebox and bag it was placed in. I left the store. Went to my vehicle. I wanted to wear my shoes so I could workout at the nearby Planet Fitness. I cut opened the bag. I opened the box... The ANTI-THEFT SENSOR WAS STILL ATTACHED TO THE SHOES...! What??? So what was I supposed to do if I had not checked the merchandise before I left ? Who would not take the sensor off the merchandise before bagging and taping a label on it ? I RETURNED the shoes. The poor lady with no voice kept apologizing. I asked her to stop. It wasn't her fault. I just don't want a customer getting really mad and the store not understanding why a customer is getting upset over this. To the person who actually prepared my order.... "You forgot the fries...!" I purchased clothing at Christmas and when it FINALLY arrived I understood the reason why it took so long. ait was all cheap clothing from third party sellers and one even came in a temu bag. When I took the itwma back to Florence store the process took almost am hour because thwy have to do about 4-5 stwpa for each item that is " not really a Kohls item". The manager had to assist and stated its a huge problem and customers are not happy but the " powers that be" wont make changes. there were so many people making returns and complaining the manager just walked away. I have never seen a company go down hill so quickly! read more

Florence KY, 6:15 PM, Sunday 9/9/24. Worst Customer Service Ever!! This was my to-go store for the family. Made a $300+ purchase on 9/7. Issue 1 - After returning home, I put on a dress it had the security tag still attached; Issue 2 - I wore a pair of flats I had purchased to an event and developed a large blister on my left heal (unusual). Found that the size 8.5 shoes were 3/4 inches variance in size!!! Wish I had pics. I wore the security tagged dress back to store and while ensuring I had the receipt, I found that I was charged $89 for a dress that had been on sale for $66.75. I walk up to customer service and first tell the clerk that while I enjoy accessorizing, I don't do it with security tags. She removed the tag - no comment on the fact that it did not alert the system when originally leaving or coming back into the store. I then show her the shoes that are clearly 2 different sizes but both marked 8.5 and commented that I expected better quality from Kohls - Her response "it's probably the brand" (what?). Now the fun part ... The issue with the overcharge on the dress - The lead or manager is called and explains as today is Monday, they have no way of knowing if the dress was on sale Saturday!! I know the dress clearly had a sale sign. She just stands there. I should have walked away and returned the dress but her sarcastic attitude made me want to push it. I went to the rack and there was a sale sign saying original $89 was $66.75. I find the dress like the one I bought and take it back to service counter. She scans it and it rings up $89 - She huffs, actually huffs and storms off with the dress. She comes back and says not one word of apology or acknowledgment and just nods to the clerk to make the adjustment. That pi^^ed me off so I said "well, was I right?" and she says "yes and no". I asked "how" she said the sale sign applied only to one rod (4 rod display) that it was atop - Hopefully you are familiar with how the electronic signs sit in the center of the 4 rod displays, off the main aisle. I was flabbergasted - that is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. And on Saturday the sale sign is what drew me to the rack. I KNOW the dress I selected was under the sign. Beware of this shady tactic! Now the reason I will never shop at Kohls in Florence KY again - The clerk reduced my Kohls cash award from $60 (for $327 purchase by $30 - She said I would not get Kohls cash for the $89 dress nor the defective shoes!!!! I said both issues were their problem, not mine. She just looked at me like a deer in headlights. Besides how would a $32 refund + a $22 price adjustment ($54 total) result in a deduction of -$30 Kohls cash? She said she coudn't do a price adjustment on the dress and had to fully return it and then ring it in as $66.75, again their problem not mine. I just let her do that and left. My issue with this whole thing was the atrocious customer service especially from the lead or manager - Unfortunately I did not get it's name but I will never step foot in that store again. read more

The worst Kohl's I have ever shopped at despite a beautiful renovation. But their self pick up rollout has been a disaster. I always come prepared with my email Barco de and ID to pick up my orders from the website. All through the Christmas season, I did so at the front counter as the signs all state to do. Instead, I was treated like a piece of human garbage by the blonde middle aged woman working pickup this past week. She looked at me like I had 2 heads, told me to go to self pickup in the back and pick my order up. I told her I had no clue what she was talking about to which she laughed and said "put in a 4 digit code and go". What? I'm highly educated and smart enough to follow instructions on new processes, but you have to actually explain what you mean. I get to the back and they now have all of our pick up orders in cubbies for everyone to see. You're supposed to input a number, but there wasn't one in my email and the employee up front flat out told me she wasn't going to go get my order or help me with the process. Then their WiFi service completely crapped out on my phone with no employee around to aks for help. I finally decided to leave when it was clear no one in that store had any desire to help. Kohls, I understand your company is nearing bankruptcy, so maybe retaining those of us customers still left should be a bigger priority than opening self checkouts in the back of a building. read more

We are a Kohl's family! My wife shops for our family and friends at Kohl's non stop. They always have great deals and she can eventually catch what's she really wants on sale or with her Kohl's cash. We shop online and at the store. This location is large, overall well kept, and the staff was very friendly. We went during the week so it was not overwhelmingly busy. I can't speak on what it's like during peak times. It's located in a great area where you can do your shopping and find some good eats. Overall, the store has all the necessities and you'll likely find what you need. However, you may have to be patient for a sale/discounts because the regular priced items can be a bit much. read more

I like shopping at this store. I like how I can order online and pick the items at the store. For this particular trip, I went there to spend my kohl's cash and yes2you rewards cash and stack them with a 20% off coupon. I got 3 chaps dresses and a pair of Vera wang high heels for me, 2 Nike polo shirts for my husband, 3 jumping beans dresses as a gift for a little girl, and 2 tank tops for my daughter for a total of $97 and change including tax. The return & exchange policy is really good too. I have to return 2 playtex brassieres and I ended up exchanging them, the lady was very nice to give them to me the same price as the playtex even if it's the former were higher value. I highly recommend this place to shop for apparel or clothing. You have to be mindful for the sale and the coupons to maximize your savings. read more

The items I wanted weren't in stock in the correct size. I ordered on line, free delivery. The delivery took 2 weeks, then the delivery company left my order at the wrong address. Same street name, wrong city and street number. The delivery company has not responded to complaints, I found the location of my package by the picture they took of the wrong front porch, 30 miles away. Two hours of talking to customer service in India has resulted in a partial (1/3) refund of the price. They're supposedly sending a gift card, which I will not be able to use, as I refuse to ever shop at kohl's agsin. read more

I had two associates tell me I could do an even exchange on some items I bought that were past the 6 month return policy, as long as I had the receipt. So I walked around the store for an hour to find items to exchange just to be told they have to have the same clearance price. So I'm supposed to find things that are now marked around $1 instead of the $12 I paid. I wish the associates new their own store policy so I didn't waste my time here. read more

It's a Kohl's, so it isn't like I'm going to give this a 5 star rating, even if I compare it to other Kohl's or other department stores. I had to get an emergency outfit because I was running late to a Yelp event and was wearing ugly manufacturing work clothes (steel toed boots and all). I got a decent deal on pants, a shirt, and shoes. When I told the cashier that I needed to change at the store, she laughed and completely understood, letting me wear the clothes I purchased out of the store. She and another employee were very nice to me about it, even complimenting my choice in outfit pieces. Overall, this isn't a clothing store I'd go to regularly, even if I lived in the area, but I have no complaints about the service, prices, or cleanliness of the place. Not bad at all! read more

This store is currently undergoing a remodel and it's much nicer, brighter, and more spaced out. If they keep sending me $10 coupons I'll definitely keep coming back. They give out Kohl's Cash a lot too, where you get a $10 gift certificate for every $50 you spend. read more

This is a little bit larger Kohl's with a surprisingly decent selection of home goods, which I love! It sits back off the road a bit, and you have to take the access road a ways to get there, but once there the parking lots pretty good. They always have tons of sales, and a good supply of almost everything. I will agree with the temperature comment, it does seem to be a tad hot in there most times. What they get a plus for is their jewelry department is pretty nice and has a wide selection of almost everything, for men and woman. I actually got a killer deal on a wedding band there! I will say this though, around the holidays this place is chaos! They do tend to do a good job of staffing, but they don't really have any clear forms of lines, and where they go to check out. read more

I really like Kohl's. It is one of the two places that I shop at for my clothes regularly, the other one being J.C. Penney's. They always have really good sales. I like to check out the 70% off racks in the Juniors section, but besides that most of their stuff is always discounted in some way. Also they offer kohl's cash pretty often, where for every $50.00 you spend, you get $10.00 Kohl's cash to use at your next visit. The Kohl's cash does expire though so you'll just need to remember the expiration date and don't wait too long to use it! I mostly just shop there for clothes, but they also sell some decorative stuff for homes, along with bedding, bathroom sets, kitchen appliances, vacuums, toys, and games among other things. I always enjoy shopping at Kohl's, except for on Black Friday. On Black Friday, they have the worst line I've seen out of all the stores so you might not want to go there then... but every other day I'd strongly recommend them! read more

Hello Kohl's... To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I am one of those ANTI Credit Card people... But I shop at the Walton Location quite often so why not .. I applied and was approved for a Credit Card and decided to use it for good. My youngest daughter had just graduated college a few weeks prior, as well as celebrating her B-day. I decided to take her and her to Kohl's and let her max out the Card to buy new clothes for her profession (very specific clothing required). Shopping in the store wasn't bad, checking out wasn't bad, The service we were given after leaving the store was a very different story. Upon arriving home, we came to find that security tags had been left of 7 articles of clothing ... seems like a lot ? Yeah me too, but we actually spent almost $900.00 that day before discount so needless to say we had a lot of clothing. Ironic part was we had actually had a conversation with sales associate about the Tags (we had found a couple when she was bagging items) and we all giggled not really thinking beyond that. So upon calling the store to find out how we handle the clothing that still had security tags on it, we were informed for that many items to still have tags that we had to PROVE they were ours. Going further to say that the machine would have been set off at door and there was no way the associate would miss that many. This to me was a suggestion of calling us thieves,, I get it people steal and do hinky things, BUT for a store to make this their first assumption, I was stunned. I still have my receipt as well as it was purchased on my charge account so proof was never an issue. The way it was presented by the associate on the phone (with another employee's voice in the background feeding them the information) was appalling. I think Kohl's should have a better response to Consumers who get caught in the trap of mistakes happening without the accusations. If the clothes would have simply been only mine, I would happily take everything back and have it removed from my charge account and immediately close that account. I asked my daughter and she would like to keep her items So I will return to the store.. I will have security tags removed, and then I will pay off and close out my account. Customers deserve better treatment than the first suggestion being theft. read more

This store is majorly over priced. Plus, if you wear a size anything bigger than a medium then I would suggest going somewhere else. They hardly carry ANY large or xtra large, the clothes are all unorganized and falling on the ground. Nothing is folded except those on the bottom shelves. It's like they don't take time organize anything in the store. It felt like 30-40 kids had just ran through the store and pulled everything off the shelf, seriously. I don't care for Kohl's because Kohl's doesn't care for me. I recently visited Kohl's in Florence, Ky and spent about 20 minutes looking at shoes (where I've bought several pairs) before a nice lady asked me if she could help. I asked her where the size 14 shoes were and she informed me that Kohl's hasn't carried any shoe over a size 13 for the past year or so due to back stock sitting on their shelves. She suggested I try online. I did, only to find the shoe brands very limited to my size and not much to choose from. Also, Kohl's doesn't have a Big and Tall section ( I'm 6'4", bout 300lbs.) like most comprable stores, which is a shame because I really liked Kohl's. I never have to go back there though as there are other department stores that cater to folks my size out there. Typically I enjoy going to kohls where they have alright quality clothing. BUT today a worker absolutely made it impossible for me to ever go back to a kohls. Her name tag said "Kelly" she was a red head. She got a manager saying that I was "making a scene" when I was talking to her , I was upset but not raising my voice not speaking loudly or drawing attention and was not helpful and so rude and asked me to leave the store after doing NOTHING wrong. No one else had a problem with me being there, I will be spreading the word on all of my social media accounts, family and friends, as many people as possible.
