They have a good selection of quality items, new items every day, and there's something for everyone. The staff was great, and they made me feel welcome from the minute I walked in the door. It's clear they have many regular customers who love to shop there, and who seem to enjoy just being there. It's also become a regular stop for me when I want to find something new, or just browse around in a comfortable and fun atmosphere. Their cute displays offer great ideas for various ways of putting together outfits, too! If you're thinking about visiting this shop, do it! You'll be happy you stopped in!

Multiple dressing room try on sessions later, we found "the one" jewel toned rose and perfect except for needing alteration to shorten the length! Yay! Very helpful customer service, friendly check out staff, and we had extra time to shop then grab dinner together since the formal gown search was surprisingly easy and took less than an hour!

When I purchased it nothing was said about "last act" the rack they were on didn't say sales are final. It's not about the amount of the item, it's about retailers secretly screwing the public. I wonder how many more consumers are being duped by Macy's. Maybe we can stand together and make them stop defrauding the public . Pictures will show my point. On my most recent visit, Megan helped me look for sizes in corsets, set me up with a fitting room, and also pulled a few other corsets in different colors that she thought I might like. The dressing rooms are bright and spacious with ample room to change clothes. Each stall has a dry erase board with the customer's name written on it for a more personable experience. Florence Torrid always has an ample amount of stock, and a clearance section that fills one-third of the store. Be sure to check it out to snag a deal. A quick Google search indicated that the store was open from 11Am - 6 PM on Sundays. We arrived at 11 AM to find the shop dark. We killed some time in the mall, and called the store several times. We got an answer shortly after 12. So word to the wise, don't plan to shop on a Sunday until noon! The store has a large selection of prom, wedding, and bridesmaid dresses (something for every taste), formal shoes, children's tuxedos, undergarments, hair accessories and more. All staff were masked and very, very helpful. I was surprised at how busy the store was for a Sunday afternoon, but the staff took it in their stride and helped everyone as needed. The dressing rooms were spacious and extremely clean. The store does provide alterations if needed, for an extra charge. The store is located on the first floor of the St. Matthews Mall. All the dresses I tried on were around the $500 mark tho. I thought the service was nice and the lady was very helpful. She was very nice and when I came out of the dressing room to show my family the dress I chose she was waiting with them and told me it was very pretty.
