I know times are tough for employees, but if you spend a good 15 minutes gossiping with each other…read moreat the register while multiple customers walk through the door without greeting them, that's poor customer service. I normally don't care if an employee says hello to me or not, but the overall impression I got from this store was one of being unwelcomed. The amount of brands they have is nice and the store's layout is big and easy to move around in. One plus is that they have the shoes out for you to try on rather than asking an employee for individual pairs, but that's about where my positives end. None of the shoes were "warehouse" type prices or selection. Shoes that were just released this season were selling for more than the manufacturer price, and the discount wasn't enough to get me to spend here. Not a lot of wides or bigger sizes in the women's either.

I stopped in because they were obviously having a sale with merchandise out on the sidewalk. Went on in & wasn't too impressed. Although they had signs up with name brand merchandise, the signs did not indicate where you could find it. Of course I was there while every parent & child were searching for school shoes. When I need shoes I try to do it without my daughter... but most the time she ends up with a pair too. One my dogs ate my brand new shoes! Devastated, I went back to buy a new pair, and they were out of my size. I was crushed. Seeing my disappointment the manager called around and found me a pair from one of their other stores. So we thought we'd pop in and just pick up a pair of shoes. Our experience was so much more than that. They measured our feet, evaluated our walk, and selected several shoe options for us based off our needs. We both left with a very comfy new pair of shoes, and I ordered a second pair for work. We just called to schedule an alteration and were told by Luke that we could not get alterations unless we paid. We would not have left the store upon purchase had we known the truth. When we advised of what we were told - we were advised that there was no way he could help us. We asked to speak with a manager and he did not transfer us. We are very disappointed that the associate who sold us the jacket was in error and that we now need to pay for that error. We are also disappointed that upon discussing this issue with Luke, there was no effort to make things right.
