The sales associate told me it was a "last act" item and refused to do anything. I asked where it says no return or exchange, she showed me a small abbreviation that being very small that I couldn't see it . When I purchased it nothing was said about "last act" the rack they were on didn't say sales are final. It's not about the amount of the item, it's about retailers secretly screwing the public. Also any item that is considered designer label is marked up -so no bargain. A consignment store is supposed to be fun and provide discounts but this store does not. The racks are so full that you cannot move the hangers to view the inventory, and as result, the clothing often falls off the hangers. Prices seem to have increased. The clearance discount has evidently changed, though that is not communicated anywhere. During my most recent visit, the air was off and the store smelled like dirty feet making for an even more unpleasant experience. My tolerance for the temperature and odor quickly waned upon learning that the air conditioning was not just malfunctioning, but was deliberately turned off at the preference of the new owner... Never mind offering customers a comfortable shopping experience.

I brought in two brand new pairs of shoes both with tags and I'm the original boxes. They offered me about 3$ each... I brought some clothes too and ended up walking out with 8$.
