We are very disappointed that the associate who sold us the jacket was in error and that we now need to pay for that error. We are also disappointed that upon discussing this issue with Luke, there was no effort to make things right.

They would only give me a merchandise credit for the current sale price which was much less. Shame on you Loft. A store credit for the price I paid is not much to ask. Back to shopping at stores that care about their customers, no more Loft for me or my family.
