My description of this place is an upgrade to the family dollar store but with more fun stuff. And adults can also enjoy it too. This is the first location my Mr took me and I was amazed how much stuff they sell. Shirts, accessories, seasonal items, games, beauty, toys, and more! FYI not everything is $5 below. They have items that are more than that especially in the home decor and electronics section. But you name it, they have it . I am especially impressed with their candy/junk food aisle. Literally like a kid in a candy store. And their Funko Pops collection. This location is pretty big. All organized and easy to find. They have self check out and staff is super friendly. A place definitely worth checking out with reasonable pricing.

Absolutely blown away with the customer service we received from Stacy on 09/09. She could have…read moregrabbed some cleats and walked off to take care of other things. Instead, she took almost an hour out of her day to ensure my daughter received the perfect cleats for her feet. The level of passion that she has for her job and for helping players find the exact tools they need reminded me of going shopping for camping gear with my dad as a kid, and the kind gentlemen that would gladly and enthusiastically talk to you for hours about every item on the shelf (and a few more that aren't). My dad used to take me there as a kid in the 90's, and I will gladly continue to drive past the big box store to get to Soccer Village precisely because you will never find this level of care and product knowledge anywhere else. This store is so much better than my previously regular store - Blue Ash…read more It's bigger and has been remodeled. Plus, the shelves are stocked and not piles of stuff sitting around. The Blue Ash store is obviously mismanaged. This store, when I visited yesterday, is clean and well organized. I found everything I needed and several things that I didn't need. Happens every time I come to Target.

I took my granddaughters bicycle to this shop for them to look at the back tire and install…read moretraining wheels that I supplied them. They took three weeks to even start the project and I'm not sure that would have happened if we had not called them daily to check on the status. We picked up the bike and by the time we got it home the back tire was totally flat. Contacted them and they told us that we could bring it back and they would install a new intertube for another $10. This is after they charged us $76.00 to not fix it the first time (at least twice as much as they should have charged). Total sham - do not use this facility. i will also fill out a camplaint on the BBB website.

We were going out of town on the 26th and the locking mechanism on the Thule Pulse didn't work. After working with it for close to 2 hours, we went to the Montgomery store and Scott (Store Manager) was INCREDIBLY helpful. He couldn't get the lock to work either and they had a different Thule carrier in stock that we replaced the Pulse with. Scott helped unload and load the carriers, was incredibly accommodating and stayed past his time to leave to ensure we were taken care of. Scott and his staff at Montgomery are the epitome of great service and dedication to their craft. I can't say the same about the folks at Beechmont's Montgomery Cyclery, but Montgomery will have a customer for life! Thanks to Scott for ensuring we had what we needed and our family was safe in our travels.
