I called the phone number / I was told that TODAY they were opening at 11:30 instead. So they obviously lost my business. How can customers trust a business that doesn't even follow its own hours. They obviously don't care if customers are inconvenienced. Let's not support this business. They aren't here to support our community. Plenty of other more reliable options.

Today I went in and this person I spoke to said they don't do that anymore. I found that incredulous but who is I too argue. I can't believe their business model change this much.

I took a hoodie in to this location to get a few letters applied. The price was high, but the…read moresweatshirt was good quality, and since they assured me the vinyl letters were durable, I signed the waiver to go ahead with it. They said the waiver was in case they melted the garment. I wore it a few times, washed it only twice -on delicate- never used the dryer. When I pulled it out of the washer, ALL the letters had fallen off. When I took it to the store, they said that since I signed a waiver, and it had been a few months, the best they would offer was to reprint it for $20. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice? No. Never going back there. P.s.- Out of curiosity I contacted another location, and they said they would have handled this much differently.
