I came on Dec 23rd with a box of 12 fleeces and he didn't even flinch at the fact that I needed them next day. The prices are reasonable and the service is phenomenal. People like that reviewer are the ones that email once and then leave a bad review. I would recommend calling or going in -- you won't be disappointed. I got there at opening time on Christmas Eve and there were several people picking up so I know they were busy and yet, it all got done and the quality of the work was excellent. Liberty Sportswear is the company that my mom and I turned to a few months ago when we needed…read moret-shirts screen-printed for my brother's senior class. She had gone to the store a dozen or so times previously but had brought me along on this occasion to help her select a design out of Liberty's catalog for the t-shirts. The store features a number of products that are available to be printed on, ranging from shirts and hoodies to pens and bags, but you are also able to bring in your own items for printing. Liberty gives customers the option of designing their own graphics for printing purposes or choosing from a number of their pre-designed graphics. We chose to go the pre-designed route, as it was cheaper. We also selected basic tees for the design to be printed on from Liberty, we were able to get them cheap, too, since we needed more than 100. The manager of the store helped us get the most reasonable price and even discounted that, as we were buying for a school. He was very friendly and even let us "borrow" the design books to take home and show my brother. Great store and service if you need printing!

I took a hoodie in to this location to get a few letters applied. The price was high, but the…read moresweatshirt was good quality, and since they assured me the vinyl letters were durable, I signed the waiver to go ahead with it. They said the waiver was in case they melted the garment. I wore it a few times, washed it only twice -on delicate- never used the dryer. When I pulled it out of the washer, ALL the letters had fallen off. When I took it to the store, they said that since I signed a waiver, and it had been a few months, the best they would offer was to reprint it for $20. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice? No. Never going back there. P.s.- Out of curiosity I contacted another location, and they said they would have handled this much differently.
