Sun works with you in every step of the process to make sure the shirts you get are optimal for what you need (design questions, fabric/feel, quantity, color, pricing). We shopped around a lot and Soapbox Tees was the cheapest option we could find in Cincinnati. Communication was solid with questions being answered right away and frequent updates were given on status. T-shirts were delivered on-time and the shirts came out great. There was one shirt with a small defect (that I didn't see) but was identified by Soapbox and that one shirt was remade and hand delivered to our event!

Called up a number of local NYC places that quoted me $800+ for ~25 awards. Craziness, even after I told them I was a student. And this is without delivery, and no customization - just taking in some raw acrylic awards. Anyway, was getting disheartened when I turned to Google. Found Trophy Awards online, and they haven't disappointed. Vickie helped set up the template, worked with me on getting the appropriate image files and suggested options within my budget. Steve was great getting the artwork and placement set, and overall it came a little over our $250 budget, but still close enough ($265) that we were quite happy and able to cover it. Fast shipping, great customer service, they worked overtime and answered all our questions to make us very happy that we used them. Highly recommend!

I was willing to deal with that issue as I understood that maybe there was some miscommunication. I also noticed the embroidery was crooked on 2/3 of the items that I had purchased. When asked to devise a remedy to the issue, Therese refused there was an issue and could not provide any compromise whatsoever even going as far as making personal attacks towards the representative present. It is unfortunate this business does not have better customer service skills. It is important to me to support small businesses whenever possible but we cannot continue to utilize this business to provide apparel we offer to our associates.

They've also done other things with my work clothes and other things. The last thing they did was put buckles on the cinch strap of a work apron, came out perfect. They've always done a great job, no problems with their work, and they're very inexpensive for what they do. Only problem is they never got over Covid. They insist on making appointments, which is a HUGE pain if you run around doing errands like I do. Also I don't see how an appointment keeps someone with Covid from coming in (if you're afraid of that). Also they have a tendency to run behind so be ready for that. Other than those two issues, five stars.

Best Feature: Absolutely phenomenal service and amazing quality printing!…read moreWorse Feature: NONE. Couldn't say more amazing things! I always try to be fair and point out highs and lows of any experience (if they apply), but in this case I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience with Express Service Signs & T-Shirts. I was in dire need of a good printing company to print some new t-shirts for my place of work and came across Alex S.'s review for Express Service (http://www.yelp.com/biz/express-service-signs-and-t-shirts-cincinnati-2#hrid:1SH_mkoQ7-qdFz2Xzm80xg). It was a great review with enough depth + info that I felt it was worth a shot, so I contacted them at their e-mail. I'd also contacted several other vendors as well, but Express Service was the first to respond. Paula quickly got back to me and over the next few weeks we corresponded with designs, printing specs, all kinds of things - and not having much experience in t-shirt printing, she was more than happy to answer every question I came up with (and I came up with a lot!). The prices were the same (if not better!) than other printing companies I'd corresponded with, especially the larger the order is. Her responses were quick and her service was fantastic. We sent off our designs to be printed and I was able to stop in personally to check out the print quality, t-shirt color, printing proof and have her show me what we'd be getting. She was even more friendly in person than she was over e-mail, which made my day! The shop itself is located in Reading and I love that when you walk in, you immediately see a lot of the various colors / prints / etc. they've done or are available. It's a cute shop but very spacious and shows off a lot of great work, which was really reassuring to someone who is nervous about printing a large quantity of t-shirts for an entire workplace. She had our order ready by the agreed upon date and was happy to update us on the progress. Not only that, but we were unable to come pick up our order for some time after they were ready and had to hold off on picking them up. Paula was very flexible, patient, professional and when I informed her of the unexpected delay, she sent us photographs of the final product to give us an idea of how they turned out. They looked amazing! The shirts turned out absolutely fantastic. I haven't dealt much with printing t-shirts, but I've seen good and bad printing jobs and since this was for our company, I was crossing my fingers for the best since they'd be going out to a large amount of people. Frankly I couldn't have asked for anything better. The fabric quality is great and the designs are so sharp - they look dead on to the designs that I had sent her (made in Adobe Illustrator). I was totally in awe of how great they were and everyone else at the company was just as thrilled as me! We got everything we had ordered and on time. Not only was the service flawless and our shirts turned out phenomenal, but Paula was so friendly and even took time to help me carry the boxes to my car. I will absolutely definitely positively use their services again in the future, and I can't recommend them enough. :)

It was agreed that they would use the fabric from the bottom to add room at the zipper. Was told to come back on the 20th (almost two weeks from drop off). Dance was 27th. Came on the 22nd to try on. Back was great, but hem was a mess- uneven, slip hanging out under mesh overlay, strings that attach the beads loose. She said she'd fix it, come back Wed. On Wed, she basically shoved the dress at me and I paid and left- at this point I knew it must still be a mess because I wasn't even shown the finished product. But at that point I just needed to figure out what needed to be fixed. As I walked to the car, sequins were falling off in the parking lot. I ended up having to completely undo her hem, remove the stones at the bottom and secure the thread attaching the stones so no more fell off, rehem and hand-sew the stones and sequins to match the rest of the dress. I had to skimp because I didn't have many extras to work with. Dress ended up turning out fine despite about 4 hours of my time fixing the dress. Monday I went back to get the garment bag she did not return. While waiting, I saw she had a pile of stones that she did not give me!! I needed those for the fix!! She could not find my bag. All in all, the price she quoted was reasonable for the zipper alterations but felt low for both zipper and hem so I guess you get what you pay for... but the work was not at all what she told me I would get, and def not worth the stress it caused. Will never return or recommend to others.
