When I purchased it nothing was said about "last act" the rack they were on didn't say sales are final. It's not about the amount of the item, it's about retailers secretly screwing the public. I know his size so I went to DXL and was able to purchase him a small wardrobe update for his Father's funeral. The store was clean and neat, surprisingly, there were 2 associates on staff. Usually at these stores you never see more than one person, so 2 was a nice change of pace. I asked for assistance, and was helped by a friendly male associate. He helped me get a Polo, a pair of jeans, a pair of dress pants, a belt, a tie and a sweater, in no time. I was in and out within a half hour.

They went around the store for 15 minutes yelling that everyone needed to get their stuff, pay and leave. If this is the type of way FYE management and corporate seek to do business, then they've lost a longtime customer permanently.
