Well I returned it on the Friday of the 4th weekend before they closed and the owner said he wouldn't refund me because Friday counts as the "weekend" even though Friday is a weekday. In fact, if you catch the right sale event, the otherwise rather pricey items can be gotten at a relative steal. That's the good news. Unfortunately, the service can be spotty. Everyone is always friendly and helpful--when the get to you, but they seem to be perpetually "understaffed" and over patronized. I get it. Stuff happens. But when it happens this often, I think it's time to make changes. Hire more employees or create a better system for seeing customers. On my last visit, it was no different. We waited a good ten or 15 minutes just to see someone about a simple exchange. My first visit ended in a poorly altered tuxedo that I got too late to make changes before the night's event. Now, I have to admit that once we were helped, each time, everything went really smoothly. So, they do know how to treat a customer right. And that counts for a lot in my book. I can't say enough about how well I have been treated here, Chris has been amazing to say the least. I originally came here a few years ago and just looked around, but I wasn't looking to really change the way I looked. I came here about a year ago for a Yelp event and couldn't believe how well the treated us and gave us the grand tour. I knew when I needed to make a lifestyle change this is where I was coming. We have all purchased off the rack clothes that feel well okay. I have several items in my closet that way. I just got my first ever custom blazer, a nice pair of dress pants, a good pair of jeans for classy casual, some amazingly comfortable shoes, and nice shirt and some pocket squares. I don't think I have ever felt so good in an outfit in my life. Sure it will cost a bit more than going to a big box store, but I will say this I feel like a million dollars in my new clothes. I can't say that ever in anything off the rack that hangs in my closet and is never worn. Why buy something you don't feel good in just to hang in your closet. I own 3 blazers that will be going to goodwill soon and maybe even a suit. I will be back here to buy more clothes. I can't wait to walk back in knowing Chris will be there to make sure I look good and to know that what I buy will not be a fad and out of fashion in a year or less. I will say this is money well spent, that I will not be giving to goodwill ever. So when you need a good outfit for work or just to feel better about being a better dressed person, come in and see Chris or anyone else for that matter.
