He said that it was out being done at that very moment ( of course, right?) and that I could pick it up around 5 or he would stay a bit if needed so I could pick it up. No need I said as I would just pick it up in the morning. Next morning arrives, and so do I. This time I was not speaking with Don, but another person that informed me that the shirt was not there, but would be there in an hour or so since it had not been finished yet. he even wondered why I was there for it since I had just "dropped it off 2 days ago" Well, obviously this was not the brightest bulb, but I figured I would cut my losses. I offered to pay them for it and either they could deliver it or I could return later. Well, you guessed it, the bill for the shirt that I still did not have was $15 more than quoted for which he could not explain, remember, he also thought I had brought the shirt in just 2 days earlier. At this point he decided to call for assistance. At this point I decided to truly cut my losses. I left no shirt, nothing. Within a couple of days, Don did send me a picture of the shirt saying it was ready. I did not go back, why you may ask? IT WAS DONE WRONG!! Don still had not had it done correctly! Moral of the story? There are too many other like businesses out there. Go to them. Not only did they not complete the work even close to the time they said they would, they raised the price, and then... it was still wrong! And yes, I still have the picture of the poor work in my email in case you want proof!

Sun works with you in every step of the process to make sure the shirts you get are optimal for what you need (design questions, fabric/feel, quantity, color, pricing). We shopped around a lot and Soapbox Tees was the cheapest option we could find in Cincinnati. Communication was solid with questions being answered right away and frequent updates were given on status. T-shirts were delivered on-time and the shirts came out great. There was one shirt with a small defect (that I didn't see) but was identified by Soapbox and that one shirt was remade and hand delivered to our event!

I always try to be fair and point out highs and lows of any experience (if they apply), but in this case I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience with Express Service Signs & T-Shirts. I was in dire need of a good printing company to print some new t-shirts for my place of work and came across Alex S.'s review for Express Service (http://www.yelp.com/biz/express-service-signs-and-t-shirts-cincinnati-2#hrid:1SH_mkoQ7-qdFz2Xzm80xg). It was a great review with enough depth + info that I felt it was worth a shot, so I contacted them at their e-mail. I'd also contacted several other vendors as well, but Express Service was the first to respond. Paula quickly got back to me and over the next few weeks we corresponded with designs, printing specs, all kinds of things - and not having much experience in t-shirt printing, she was more than happy to answer every question I came up with (and I came up with a lot!). The prices were the same (if not better!) than other printing companies I'd corresponded with, especially the larger the order is. Her responses were quick and her service was fantastic. We sent off our designs to be printed and I was able to stop in personally to check out the print quality, t-shirt color, printing proof and have her show me what we'd be getting. She was even more friendly in person than she was over e-mail, which made my day! The shop itself is located in Reading and I love that when you walk in, you immediately see a lot of the various colors / prints / etc. they've done or are available. It's a cute shop but very spacious and shows off a lot of great work, which was really reassuring to someone who is nervous about printing a large quantity of t-shirts for an entire workplace. She had our order ready by the agreed upon date and was happy to update us on the progress. Not only that, but we were unable to come pick up our order for some time after they were ready and had to hold off on picking them up. Paula was very flexible, patient, professional and when I informed her of the unexpected delay, she sent us photographs of the final product to give us an idea of how they turned out. They looked amazing! The shirts turned out absolutely fantastic. I haven't dealt much with printing t-shirts, but I've seen good and bad printing jobs and since this was for our company, I was crossing my fingers for the best since they'd be going out to a large amount of people. Frankly I couldn't have asked for anything better. The fabric quality is great and the designs are so sharp - they look dead on to the designs that I had sent her (made in Adobe Illustrator). I was totally in awe of how great they were and everyone else at the company was just as thrilled as me! We got everything we had ordered and on time. Not only was the service flawless and our shirts turned out phenomenal, but Paula was so friendly and even took time to help me carry the boxes to my car. I will absolutely definitely positively use their services again in the future, and I can't recommend them enough. :)
