They had all the shoes we wanted to compare and Sean was very knowledgable and answered any questions we had and even ones we didn't know or think to ask. Any options she knew she wanted to try were brought out and even a few more to make sure she was satisfied with her choice. Sean was personable, patient and eager to help. After the custom fitting, he suggested for her to move up a half size from what she'd been wearing. She has a history of foot issues and I was excited to see how this would help. One day in and she's noted that she's much more comfortable. Sean seemed to really care about making sure we chose the right shoes and gear and we were never rushed. From start to finish, I can't think of another time I was this impressed with the level of service received. We'll happily recommend Up and Running any chance we get and will be back for future needs.

Personally i couldn't tell who was a customer or employee and no one greeted me. No "welcome" or "I'll be right with you". I waited a few minutes and after receiving no help i just left. I honestly will not be coming back. But hopefully they can work on being more welcoming in the future to all types of customers. Especially when expecting an appointment.
