This is the worse location I've ever been to, when I walked into this store I quickly realized how good we have in back in Dallas Texas, and overall all of the DFW Targets. The only reason I'm not giving it a 1 star is because the employees were courteous and helpful so I'm giving it a 3, but as the layout, and merchandise options I give it a 1. Unless I came in a bad day (Wednesday night) and things were not stocked. So that could be but still the layout and shelving is dated and just didn't get that Target feel at all. read more

I typically do pick up orders here and have never had a problem. However, today I went into the store for a few things last minute. Workers were at work stocking, so there WERE people there. But upon check out the line was atrocious! There were 2 people at customer service & only 1 self checkout open total! ZERO cashier lanes open. ALL other self checkouts closed or not working, yet the line was backed up ALL THE WAY TO PET SUPPLIES!!!!! I had to wait there in line for 40 minutes! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. read more

Placed an app order, picked it up on my lunch break and it was already bagged, got home and opened the bag and found that I was missing the pants for the baby outfit I had ordered. I have tried to call the customer service/order pick up desk twice to see if the pants are still there and no one will answer the phone. read more

I came here since I needed some food and munchies while I was at my hotel. It's a really large Target store. It also features a little food mart and a Starbucks too. The store is clean, unfortunately the lines are unnecessarily long. The worst part about this place is that they don't sell alcohol except for beer on Sundays. I'm from Chicago and I think that's odd. read more

Went to another target location to pick up an item from a gift registry. A part from the gift was missing so I needed to go to the Springdale location to pick up. I tried calling the store six times and nobody would answer the phone. I drove there anyway, in hopes of finding what I needed. When I entered the store, I noticed they weren't very crowded, so they weren't too busy to answer the phone. I'm guessing they just refused. read more

Target is so good. The company has a handle on what people want and they generally deliver at great, slightly upscale prices. I like their Up & Up, Market Pantry, and Archer Farms brands, each of which is available at this location. They have a grocery section near the electronics section at the end opposite the entrance. While it's not as feature-full as a Super Target, they have good products available and you can save money shopping there for groceries. I was surprised years ago to find that the canned vegetables are quite good and taste better than those from Del Monte, Green Giant, etc. They've gone all out on their Up & Up health and beauty products and I find myself buying those instead of the name brands. Generally, the stores are uncomplicated and of a single, but mirrored design in Ohio--some stores have the same layout in the exact opposite direction. After living in Florida where they revamped their stores in the late 1990s, I'm surprised that Ohio hasn't gotten updates, but the grocery items are there and that's helpful. Update: fresh grocery added, so that should bring more business and brings this store into line with other Target stores in the area. Still wishing for Super Target. The cashier seemed to be waiting to ring up the customers but she wasn't enthusiastic in the least, though she was pleasant at the end. read more

Who doesn't love Target? I went in for socks and left with socks, gloves and a pair of long gym pants. I could have shopped more, but I was on a timeline. This one is clean and friendly. I don't shop at Target often, but when I do I know I'll find what I need quickly and most likely end up with a few extras. I don't know... what else can I say about Target. Nothin'. read more

Very clean and organized store. When I'm in there, the employees seem to outnumber the customers. Pricing is kind of high on food items and in some of the other departments. Much better than going into a walmart so I try and overlook the pricing as much as possible. I use it more or less as a convenience store. read more

Pretty great place! Got pretty disheveled during the holidays, but that's mostly because people are nuts during the holidays and ruin retail stores everywhere during that season. Ha. Otherwise, place is always pretty clean, usually has what I need, and employees are helpful if you ask them for something, but they definitely don't go out of their way to be nice. When you go to a target, it is hard to differentiate one from another as they are all very similar. However, the management at this location was amazing! Chelsie was able to assist me with getting the exact Christmas tree I was looking for even if it was the display tree. She went out of her way to ensure that I was able to get the tree I wanted. She was also able to help find the other items we were looking for that day. The customer service at this location is amazing! Leaving a 4/5 at this location because it is an older Target location and this would not be the first location I would visit if I am trying to find a large variety of items. read more

Having worked at a very busy Target for five years, I was pretty surprised to find out how empty this store usually is. Generally speaking, whenever I stop in here to pick something up, there is hardly anyone shopping, or working for that matter. It is almost like a ghost town, unless you visit during the busier times of the day (i.e. when everyone is getting off of work, etc.). The store is clean and stocks the same products that most other Targets do. The employees can be hit or miss however. It seems to be very rare that one of them on the sales floor will even acknowledge your presence, and the cashiers are either super friendly or look like they would rather jump off a building than be where they are. This usually isn't a big deal to me though, as I almost always am just picking up one or two things between grocery trips to Kroger and want to be in and out as quickly as possible. read more

Older store but great customer service. This is a beautiful store but I don't like how I was treated recently. Tylersville store gave me a 30% cartwheel discount even though I didn't have my phone on me. This Blue Ash was the closes location for a color I wanted. I drove straight there, when I mentioned the Cartwheel discount to the head cashier she looked at me as if I had 2 heads and stated she couldn't look up anything on her phone. I purchased full price, went home to get my phone and drive to the Tri-county store. They quickly calculated the discount and gave the difference to me in cash. read more

As other yelp reviews have stated this target is an older one, but is large. The aisles are clean and wide and when encountering an employee always greeted by a smile and ask how they can help out. Target usually has great deals on socks, and sweats and shorts for men and there store brand is a quality product. read more

It's a nice, well laid out friendly Target. The afternoons are a bit hectic, but you can get in and out at lunchtime pretty quickly. Later in the evenings during the week the place is almost deserted! And it's a great time to get some shopping done. The employees are normally around, but every now and then you really have to track one down. But when you do, they'll gladly help you with a smile. read more

Pretty standard Target, like most, clean and well laid out, spacious aisles.

Since I last reviewed it here, this Target store got a total remodel inside, most notably the addition of fresh groceries and an expansion of the food selection! This makes trips to the competition now less necessary (though again, Target is not a complete replacement for every special food item, but it's notably better!) It's still the same friendly store I've come to love. Another change is the relocation of the Guest Service desk, which was on the right when you walk in. It's been replaced with a Starbucks, and the Guest Service is now next to the registers, where you can also check out from if you need just a few items to purchase/and or return stuff. read more

Older store with limited selection. Getting in and out of the parking lot can be a hassle. Cashiers are a mixture of young people playing grab rear with each other, or young people standing around. I waited in line with a few shirts, few cans of dog food for about 15 minutes while the cashiers had conversations across the customers. After my turn in line the cashier advised me "the machine broke" as I attempted to pay. After the 6th time of the young lady telling me "the machine broke"(the cash register) I asked her if she was going to call for help or anything.... she then advised me "the batteries in my radio is dead too".... at that point I just left. Try another target, another time.... just like everything else in the Tri county area, it has went downhill fast. read more

Great Place... My favorite Retail Store. I frequent this location. Always clean, organized an merchandise is not only priced but correctly priced, " don't find that often.. The electronics dept. is always very well informed on product, " don't find that very much anymore either". Always find great deals and new products throughout the whole store. Really love this Target! Great staff, super friendly. It's got a Pharmacy, Starbucks, food bar and everything. I have no complaints.
