They don't offer delivery themselves, but they have a company they suggest using and all the details about how to use it. They have show models you can take home that day and other options you have to order in and wait for. Good options. -Good clearance selection. It's definitely a hodgepodge of stuff, but it's a CHEAP hodgepodge of stuff. They have lamps, chairs, couches, gazebos, auto parts (?), and more. It's a whole bunch of random stuff. CONS: -I'd love to see their pick-up hours extended for out-of-towners. They close pick-up at 6pm, and we weren't able to make it out of work and make the drive to get there by 6pm (traffic at rush hour is intense!). I loved that they came out and set up the bed for me. I didn't have anyone staying until March, when my 100 lb niece slept in it for the first time. On the forth night, the bed fell--the frame holding the slats came unglued from the side and crashed to the floor. Fortunately, no one was hurt. I dealt with customer service which was helpful in telling me to go select another bed, but there were no others close to that price point. I assumed I had selected a cheap, poor quality bed. I decided to buy my own supports and prop the frame up, and that's when I realized no center supports had ever been installed--no wonder the bed fell. Why would a company not properly install a bed, or, at the very least, inform me there was an issue?! The store was unable to offer an answer, so it was back to customer service. At Riley's, you're not going to find your highest and, custom-made, handcrafted furniture. What you will find is durable, Quality Furniture at an affordable price that is perfect for a growing Family. We've purchased couches, bedroom sets, tables and other items at Riley's throughout the years. The staff has always been fantastic. They don't Hound you but they are always there to help. They make their presence known, they guide you to the areas that you want to be and they let you do your own browsing. When it comes to couches and some other upholstered furniture, you typically have a number of options for upholstery textures, colors and patterns. A lot of these are at no extra charge. Delivery and assembly is also very affordable. A lot of the wood furniture, tables and bedroom sets and the like, they are particle board and laminated. But again, very durable and great for a growing family. With a growing family, you don't always have little ones who are as considerate about the furniture as the people paying for it might be. That being the case, you probably don't want to go out and spend $10,000 on a bedroom set for a small child. Like most furniture stores, Riley's has deals going almost all of the time. Often times there are interest free options to pay overtime. Would I go back? Definitely. Like I said, this is a regular stop for us when we're Furniture shopping.
