When I asked this, they said a rep would call me and schedule it soon. Okay, fine, whatever. After 2 weeks of nothing, I called the customer service hotline myself and was told they would be calling me soon. 4 days after that, I missed the call while I was in class and left multiple voicemails. They finally contacted me on the 3 week mark to schedule my delivery day, when I was told it would be delivered by 3 weeks. Didn't even give me the delivery time window, they called back the next day to tell me that. I can understand that sometimes things get busy, but this was borderline ridiculous. I felt completely at the mercy of this company waiting almost 4 weeks for a mattress, and any customer service was a hassle to get a hold of. The mattress set is fine (some strings hanging off), but I don't think it was worth the wait time or headaches. If I could have cancelled this order 3 weeks ago, I would have in a heartbeat (but there would have been no refund, of course). I do not recommend getting delivery services from this establishment.

They make their presence known, they guide you to the areas that you want to be and they let you do your own browsing. When it comes to couches and some other upholstered furniture, you typically have a number of options for upholstery textures, colors and patterns. A lot of these are at no extra charge. Delivery and assembly is also very affordable. A lot of the wood furniture, tables and bedroom sets and the like, they are particle board and laminated. But again, very durable and great for a growing family. With a growing family, you don't always have little ones who are as considerate about the furniture as the people paying for it might be. That being the case, you probably don't want to go out and spend $10,000 on a bedroom set for a small child. Like most furniture stores, Riley's has deals going almost all of the time. Often times there are interest free options to pay overtime. Would I go back? Definitely. Like I said, this is a regular stop for us when we're Furniture shopping. A woman working at the front desk looked only at my friend and said their bag policy and they needed to keep her bag at the front desk or we needed to put them in our car. After this we walked through the store and we saw multiple people walking around with bags the same size as ours and some even bigger than ours.
