They were a no show they had a family emergency. Rescheduled 2/14 and they said the remote control was broke. They ordered a new one. It came in on 2/21. Next appointment was scheduled 2/27 and was a no show again. I called and was rescheduled for 3/1. It was cancelled again due to family emergency. Rescheduled 3/7 and was cancelled again same day as family emergency. Now we are scheduled 3/22. I am writing this for a family member. They sleep in this chair. This has been a huge on going issue. I feel sorry for the person who has someone they love with a series medical condition. They need to have a back up person to take over this route. Even if it's a manager. You have used up several months of my warranty at this point. I'm thinking twice before getting anymore. within our family this was our 8th Lazy Boy purchase.

I was looking for front door mats specifically and found them near the front of the store after doing a lap through all the aisles and sections. While I was browsing throughout the store, everything was in stock from my quick glances. The clearance section was a bit messy with products on the floor leaning against shelves which blocked the items behind it. There was a worker in the area adding more items, but it did not appear that she was organizing the mess. Overall, this is a decent location and the staff appear to be busy stocking. I'd recommend!

Instead of telling me, they pushed the nightstand against the wall so I wouldn't see the damage before signing for the delivery. After they left, I pulled it away from the wall and discovered both the damaged nightstand and wall. I was then told it would be weeks before they could deliver a replacement. I took time off work for the scheduled replacement delivery, only for them to show up without the nightstand. To make matters worse, I recently looked underneath my couch and discovered that the fabric covering on the bottom had also been ripped during delivery. Again, no one told me about the damage. Mistakes and damage can happen, but hiding the damage from a customer is completely unacceptable. Between the damaged furniture, damage to my home, missed replacement delivery, time taken off work, and lack of honesty from the delivery team, this has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I would not recommend this company.

When it was delivered, the trucker knew it wouldn't work on my bed frame. I called the store and was told, "Those frames don't work on furniture!" No one had told me that.
