While every mattress retailer around the Kenwood area was trying to sell us an expensive Tempur Pedic as soon as we walked in the store, John and Debbie took the time to evaluate our needs and the coolest part was how they helped us do a quick 3-minute evaluation on their Bed Match machine. The Bed Match machine uses science to help select the best mattress for us, as it senses our pressure points and where we needed more or less support. We highly recommend shopping at Sleep Outfitters and using the Bed Match machine, it completely took the guesswork out of the selection process for us. We ultimately selected one of their Kings Down Hybrid mattresses that had a cooler sleep surface then the Tempur Breeze and a combination of comfort and support that we couldn't find in other products we tested. It also came with an amazing adjustable base (that even had a massage function). We took advantage of their easy 5-year 0% interest financing, and they even threw in a few free gifts! At Riley's, you're not going to find your highest and, custom-made, handcrafted furniture. What you will find is durable, Quality Furniture at an affordable price that is perfect for a growing Family. We've purchased couches, bedroom sets, tables and other items at Riley's throughout the years. The staff has always been fantastic. They don't Hound you but they are always there to help. They make their presence known, they guide you to the areas that you want to be and they let you do your own browsing. When it comes to couches and some other upholstered furniture, you typically have a number of options for upholstery textures, colors and patterns. A lot of these are at no extra charge. Delivery and assembly is also very affordable. A lot of the wood furniture, tables and bedroom sets and the like, they are particle board and laminated. But again, very durable and great for a growing family. With a growing family, you don't always have little ones who are as considerate about the furniture as the people paying for it might be. That being the case, you probably don't want to go out and spend $10,000 on a bedroom set for a small child. Like most furniture stores, Riley's has deals going almost all of the time. Often times there are interest free options to pay overtime. Would I go back? Definitely. Like I said, this is a regular stop for us when we're Furniture shopping. One was purchased at their large Fairfield location and the last two at this Kenwood location. The first two mattresses held up very well. I still have the mattress we purchased 6 years ago and it's in great shape. We did purchase the mid range mattress this time - just a preference in firmness needed for a bad back. So - I do hope that it holds up as well as the last two mattress, as they were the top range. The salesperson was helpful in finding us the right mattress our needs - without being too pushy. The bed delivery was done quickly. They even helped to put on the mattress protector. Overall - we've been pleased with Original Mattress Factory.
