My husband and I had an amazing Experience at Sleep Outfitters in Kenwood with John and Debbie. They helped us select the proper mattress for our unique sleep styles. While every mattress retailer around the Kenwood area was trying to sell us an expensive Tempur Pedic as soon as we walked in the store, John and Debbie took the time to evaluate our needs and the coolest part was how they helped us do a quick 3-minute evaluation on their Bed Match machine. The Bed Match machine uses science to help select the best mattress for us, as it senses our pressure points and where we needed more or less support. We highly recommend shopping at Sleep Outfitters and using the Bed Match machine, it completely took the guesswork out of the selection process for us. We ultimately selected one of their Kings Down Hybrid mattresses that had a cooler sleep surface then the Tempur Breeze and a combination of comfort and support that we couldn't find in other products we tested. It also came with an amazing adjustable base (that even had a massage function). We took advantage of their easy 5-year 0% interest financing, and they even threw in a few free gifts! Thank you to the team at the Kenwood Sleep Outfitters store for making the process of buying our new mattress easy and affordable. read more

I had a good experience with Debbie Kou at Sleep Outfitters . I waited until I took delivery on the mattress before I offered a review. This was the third mattress store I visited, and the only one in the Cincinnati area where I could find the brand and model I wanted. Considering everything I got with my purchase, I feel that I got a terrific deal, much better than I anticipated. Credit Debbie for that. The delivery process was flawless. The mattress feels fine, but it's too early to judge it. This review is for Sleep Outfitters and my experience with it. read more

Such a great experience here. We were greeted immediately, and they were patient and extremely knowledgeable. My boyfriend and I have been contemplating purchasing a king bed for a while and didn't really have any direction going into this. We were nervous that we would come in and feel rushed or pressured, but Rich made us feel really comfortable and was very detailed and honest. I didn't think we would learn so much about beds and it was so nice to have someone guiding us the whole time to help us figure out what worked best for us! read more

I can't speaking highly enough of Sleep Outfitters. Yesterday I went in and purchased a new king bed and overall I had a great experience. Staff were very nice and super knowledgeable about all of the various beds. They answered every question I had and explained the differences between the mattress to me. I've been in the market for a new bed for the last couple months. Sleep outfitters was the first and only place I visited. They took care of everything I needed and I got a great deal on my new bed. 10/10 highly recommended if you're in the market for a new bed. read more

Went in here to look for a mistress and the colors of the store were dull, the customer service rep was kind of creepy and it seemed like the kind of place you'd find bed bugs. The environment was neat and organized but it seemed like a low budget kind of store with higher priced items. They need more light and color in the place. From the sign on the storefront to the inside, it wasn't a very welcoming place. I'm not sure I'd go here to buy a mattress. They did have a Yelp check in offer though! Maybe thy may be a draw for customers but it wasn't enough for me! Submitted humbly, King Michael C. read more

Sleep Outfitters of Cincinnati Kenwood - I thought this was a decent deal. - Furniture Stores Near Me - Cincinnati, Ohio

This was my first time buying a mattress and Mary was very helpful, informative, educational and patient while helping me shop for a new mattress. She helped me understand everything I needed to know about the types of mattresses and helped narrow down what would be best for me, my pains and my future. I cannot thank Mary enough for being so helpful and never making me feel rushed. I look forward to receiving my new mattress this week! I will be back in the future for additional purchases due to my experience with Sleep Outfitters! read more

We went to several different mattress stores in the area and we had a great sales experience with Alex.

Kristy did an outstanding job helping us pick out a new mattress. Very friendly and professional

This was a fantastic first mattress-buying experience. Randy was extremely helpful in selecting the right mattress for my sleep preferences. They have a lot of great options and i found their delivery selection to be a lot more flexible than elsewhere. Highly recommend! read more

Jahan was super helpful! Answered all our questions and provided great customer service!

Wow. Like this was incredible easy. I've bought mattresses at other (nameless nearby) stores and this was by far the best experience. Jon gave me a heck of a deal on a truly plush mattress and the delivery price was included. What more are you looking for from a mattress store? read more

Sleep Outfitters of Cincinnati Kenwood - My bed - Furniture Stores Near Me - Cincinnati, Ohio

My favorite mattress store. Low pressure, very knowledgeable and carry all price points. Free delivery over $599 or only 49.99 otherwise. I say only because a furniture down the street wanted to charge $125 for same set up. read more

Fantastic customer service! Recently had a bed decline in quality and called store to understand if i had any warranty options. Not only was the response a 'yes' but the sales rep could not have made it any easier. Within 10 days I had a new bed in my house with only 2 phone calls. I did not need to make a trip to the store. I did not have to provide unnecessary details or get 'screened' as to the authenticity of my quality concerns. This was my 3rd bed from here - other 2 are older and have no need to replace yet. Great customer service! read more

Buyers beware!!! Do not finance through them!!! While starting the process of buying a home we financed a temperpedic bed through mattress warehouse, it ended up not working for us so we comfort exchanged it for another model. One month later we found our dream home, should be a happy ending but it's not. Instead we lost our financing for our home because of the bed, what they don't tell you when you make a purchase is that instead of opening a traditional loan Wells Fargo (who they finance through) opens you a "line of credit" in other words an invisible credit card which then when they report to the credit agencies makes it appear that you have gotten a 2800 limit(or whatever you "qualify for") credit card and in one day maxed it out. This destroys your credit score, it dropped ours 20 points and will continue to drop it every time they report until you pay off at least 60-70% of it. No it does NOT matter if you pay your bill on time every month it's still a negative on your report. We tried to return the bed due to what we view as false information but because we already made an exchange they will not allow us to do so. So now we have a "decent" bed but our entire family's heart is crushed because of the damage this has done. So thanks a lot to Mattress Warehouse and Wells Fargo for destroying everything my family has worked for for the last three years. My children will love living in an apartment for another three years while we repair the damage you have caused. read more

Helpful and best mattress place in the area. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for better sleep.

After visiting a couple of other mattress stores and not finding exactly what I wanted, I tried Sleep Outfitters - and I'm so glad I did! Even though I arrived at the store near its closing time, Melody was welcoming and helpful. I didn't feel rushed at all. She really took her time showing me a variety of options in my price range, and then she checked what was in stock at their outlet to try to find me the best deal possible. It was all very straightforward; she gave me the exact pricing of each option (including mattress, box spring, and taxes) and didn't pressure me to choose one over the other. In the end, I purchased a very high quality, brand name mattress that I wouldn't have thought I could afford but that was available through the outlet. Delivery of my new mattress/box spring and removal of my old mattress/box spring are included in the price. I definitely made the right choice when I didn't settle for what I found in the first stores I visited. Sleep Outfitters had the best options and I definitely recommend them. I was so pleased with the service here! We came to Mattress Warehouse to purchase a bed for our daughter for her college apartment and thought they could just have a Mattress Warehouse in that city. They spent a bunch of time with us determining the right bed. Then we discovered that the city didn't have a franchise that could deliver to us, so we couldn't buy from them. They still went out of their way to make sure we knew what to buy, what to pay etc., even though they weren't getting any business from us right then. We will definitely go there next time we need something local or in a market where they can deliver to us. read more

Had a great experience at Mattress Warehouse! We were immediately assisted by the salesman, Jon Deal, who showed us exactly what we needed, respected our price range and did not waste our time. He also made sure to give us clean pillows to try out the mattresses which we hadn't seen anyone else do at the other mattress stores we looked at. He was obviously very knowledgable about mattresses and really seemed to care that we found the right bed for us. I would definitely recommend Mattress Warehouse in Kenwood to anyone looking for a comfortable mattress and also great customer service. read more

I purchase a mattress and it was to be delivered on a Sunday, between 9:00 am and 12:30pm. They were to call me while on route to my house. At 12:25 they called and asked if it was acceptable if they came around 2:00pm. I told them no it was not acceptable, my father has passed away the night before and I had to be at the funeral home at 2:00pm. They hung up on me. They did not call back to apologize, ask me to reschedule the delivery or say they were disconnected. So much for red carpet service. I canceled my order and it took 3 weeks to get my credit back of over $6000. No service or class at Mattress Firm. read more

The Mattress Warehouse provided us with a good quality mattress in our price range. This was the first experience both my husband and I had in mattress shopping. I decided to be straight forward in that we had a budget, were sensitive sleepers, and probably would not be buying that day. Jon Deal was extremely helpful and showed us models in our price range without being pushy or using high pressure sales tactics. He was honest and gave us the best advice in what to look for and how to keep our new mattress new for as long as possible. We went to another store to look and it did not compare. read more

We bought a mattress for my daughter 2 years ago from the Mattress Warehouse at eastgate. It was suppose to have memory foam but there was literally no memory foam in it when it was delivered. We complained when we first got it and they said it would eventually soft up..2 years later I went back and said it never did get better. I spoke to Craig who used to work at the Kenwood store and he was FABULOUS. They gave us all our money back..Waived delivery charges and we bought 2 more mattresses from them. Great customer service..Craig really knew mattresses. .. read more

My husband and I were recently looking for a new mattress. We went to quite a few different stores to comparison shop styles, brands, and price. We chose Sleep Outfitters in Kenwood for our purchase. They had exactly what we wanted at what we felt was a fair and comparable price The main reason we purchased there was because of the help we got from Paul W. while shopping. We explained what we were looking for and he guided us to a few great choices. He answered our many questions and pointed out things we didn't think to ask about. The customer service was so much better than every other store. Delivery was free and they took away our old set at no charge. When delivery day came, there was an online tracker that showed roughly what time they would arrive. It was nice to be able to see exactly where we were on the list and keep up with the scheduled delivery time changes throughout the day. Unfortunately, the delivery staff hit a few bumps in the road before getting to us and the estimated delivery time was pushed later than the two hour window in which they said it would be delivered. Once that happened, we received an apologetic call from the District Manager making sure that we were aware that it would be a little late. Paul was also tracking our delivery and he called as well, apologizing for the delay. Although the delivery issue was totally out of his hands and no way his fault, he offered to make it up to us and ensured that we were compensated for our lost time. We were very grateful. I will definitely go to Sleep Outfitters for my next mattress purchase. Although the delivery was later than expected, I would still highly recommend this store because of the amazing customer service we received and how well they handled the issue. read more
