I only had to say once what I was looking for and within 5 minutes he gave me 3 choices. The most impactful was the suggestion of the queen size platform frame. As soon as I got it set up at home, the extra room for storage that he'd mentioned was clear. This felt like some kind of 'gift with purchase' because clearly this frame is a cleaner option (to a box frame) as well. Please visit this location and meet Cameron. He's incredibly attentive and kind and obviously overqualified to be anywhere other than head of customer engagement. The care and concern, coupled with his level of comprehension of a customer's need/s, is incredible. The money I spent/SAVED will never match what I received today.

But here's the kicker when your order doesn't arrive and it's been 12 weeks they will tell you it's the manufactur's issue and not there's. They also will keep telling you we have a truck coming on Friday and it seems to be every Friday but seems to never come. What a joke. Then they will try to offer you an old ass floor model at full price. lmfao. I can't stress enough how much of a headache this establishment is. Also to note 90% of there customer service is done by text messaging. This place is a scam !!!!! John Matarese needs to Investigate this place. Straight up liars!

Let me start by saying that my wife and I shopped many stores for a mattress and the Original…read moreMattress Factory had the best price and best quality by far. The team that delivered my mattress and hauled away my old mattress scored a 10 out of 10. My low score goes to the store manager. She was an older woman with shoulder length blond hair - just so you know who I am talking about. We shopped the store in November and then went back the first week of March to place our order. The models of the mattress had slightly changed from November. I asked the sales rep about some of the features and differences between the old model and the new model. He struggled to answer my questions, and she came out of the back to help him. In my opinion she then belittled him, talked down to him and was verbally abusive. She kept telling him that he was providing me with incorrect information and that he needed to read what was on his spec sheet. She had him totally flustered. I have managed very large staffs for large companies and if any one of my managers talked to an employee like that, they would have been looking for a job the next day. I should have walked out and went to the Original Mattress Factory in Mason. Isn't it funny how one bad egg can spoil your opinion of a company?

They primarily carry Ashley furniture, but they have a few other brands as well. Note: Do be aware there's a knife store inside the furniture store flying "Don't Tread on Me" merch. PROS: -Fantastic pricing! Remember: the blue tags mean the price listed on the tag is HALF OFF. (I only found that out halfway through.) I thought $130 for a tall bookcase was pretty good, but once it was halved, that's just ridiculously good now. -Really friendly service. They clearly know the line between "being helpful" and "giving you space to explore". They popped in every 20 minutes or so, but they mostly kept their distance to allow us to sit on and discuss all of the different furniture. -Different ways to get your furniture. They don't offer delivery themselves, but they have a company they suggest using and all the details about how to use it. They have show models you can take home that day and other options you have to order in and wait for. Good options. -Good clearance selection. It's definitely a hodgepodge of stuff, but it's a CHEAP hodgepodge of stuff. They have lamps, chairs, couches, gazebos, auto parts (?), and more. It's a whole bunch of random stuff. CONS: -I'd love to see their pick-up hours extended for out-of-towners. They close pick-up at 6pm, and we weren't able to make it out of work and make the drive to get there by 6pm (traffic at rush hour is intense!). We'd have to come in on the weekend or take a day off work. -Otherwise, nothing! We didn't come away with anything, but they had a great selection of items, and I think this was probably one of the best places to start our couch shopping. We'd be back if we were looking for adding new furniture.

I had to pay for the delivery. I had to pay extra because I used a credit card, and extra for them to for the set up. The center portion of the couch is not on right. After several calls to the moving company (Queen City Delivery) who was recommended by Bargains and Buyouts, and several calls to the furniture store I'm at my wits end.I even went to the corporate website and used the email address that they advertised (many times to make sure of the address)the email was returned as undeliverable. Left my name several days ago at the store and the manager was supposed to return my call but has not. Frustrated and abandoned by the company.

For a couple of weeks everything was wonderful...... First the couch quit working. (Hydraulic recliners on each end) Very hard getting someone out with the hours that their service person works. Update is that I will not go back to that store. Super friendly when you're buying, not so much when you need help. "Cynthia, this is the way we do things.
