Apparently you have to have an appointment for any geek squad service whether exchanging a controller like me or picking up a fixed laptop like 3 different people I saw who also didn't have appointments and were turned away or told to wait... that is ridiculous when their stuff was ready to pick up from fixing. Do better, hire more staff or make the process more convient. So if your using the geeksquad service make an appointment. The place was clean enough and the staff I encountered were nice enough. The geek squad protection is worth the price but it should be done better.

I had also brought print-outs with me. Advertisement and appliance was marked "LIKE NEW" which is described as "NO VISIBLE DAMAGE" on the item. They actually had two of this item on the floor. The one marked "LIKE NEW" has visible damage, literally on every side!!! Dents & scratches everywhere!! The other was marked "GOOD' and had one big dent in one side, & the other had a few smaller dents/marks but a lot less damage than the "LIKE NEW" item! When we mentioned it to the associate, he seemed salty in his response, like "I don't make the webpage or the signs, I just work here", then walked away & went back to doing something else. I felt it was not personal, just that he probably gets a lot of complaints & was frustrated. We thanked him when we left, he was pleasant & thanked us for coming in.

Well, they broke the side venting kit and left my dryer venting to the inside of the dryer itself! A huge fire hazard. Rescheduled 3/7 and was cancelled again same day as family emergency. Now we are scheduled 3/22. I am writing this for a family member. They sleep in this chair. This has been a huge on going issue. I feel sorry for the person who has someone they love with a series medical condition. They need to have a back up person to take over this route. Even if it's a manager.
