This place used to be a good spot. Upon entering I was informed that we must pay for our dog wash before washing and shopping. At PSP store nearest to my home, it is routine for me to wash my dog then take her to pick out a treat or toy. Here we were met with rudeness. The shift lead, Mindy, was absolutely rude as we checked out. We payed and proceeded to the wash station accepting the awkward mistrustfulness as stranger behavior. When we entered the bathing are there was a young couple bathing another dog. They immediately informed me that their dog was aggressive. We could not even enter without the other dog growling and misbehaving. It was unfortunate. This made me change routes, I returned to the front asked Mindy for a refund and promptly left before our experience got worse. Will not be back. You reap what you sow. Perhaps the staff can lock and add a sign to the bathing door for aggressive dogs. read more

We love the convenient "wash your own dog" bathing bays. Coupons make it easy to afford - and the equipment is always clean & easy to use. Certainly beats having to clean fur out of the drain at home - and saves us having to clean up mud on the patio or on our bathroom floor. In late October 2023, had a disappointing experience where manager was unfriendly and put out for doing his job. I asked him to honor the sale price on the shelf, showing a picture I had taken so they wouldn't have to go to the back of the store to confirm. He either didn't push the right buttons or just acted like he did, because I ended up paying full price. I didn't realize I was charged in full until I was home and looked at my receipt. He also didn't offer to assist me with the heavy bag of food (I remember this only because I am offered this assistance every time by every cashier - I have been coming to this store for years). I responded to the survey and only a few hours later got a call from the new manager, Taylor. Taylor apologized for my experience, and offered to mail me a gift card. I opted to go to the store in person to pick it up so I could look at some new products for my dog's anxiety. Without knowing we had spoken on the phone, Taylor came up to me in the aisle and offered assistance, telling me that if one of the products I tried didn't work for my dog that they accept returns of opened product. When the product price did not match the sale tag at check-out, they corrected it without questioning or asking for a picture. What a contrast from the previous manager! This is our 'go-to' store for anything we need for our cats. My husband and I stopped in today to pick up some cat food, treats and new toys for our two cats. Whatever pet needs you have - you'll likely find it here. We usually find what we're looking for here. When I was in recently and they were out of the cat food I needed but had a good coupon for it that was expiring - I was told that they would honor the coupon anyway and to ask for the manager when I came back in. While we were there today we saw 2 kittens that we just knew had to be a part of the family. We promptly filled out the application and are anxiously awaiting the call that they will be ours. I have shopped at this location a couple of times now. Each time the employees are friendly, upbeat, and cheerful. If not bringing your pet in with you, they usually ask about your animal while you are checking out. That is if you do not need assistance before then. Otherwise they ask you about the pet you are shopping for, at that point. Items for dogs, small rodents, cats, fish, reptiles, and birds are available. Their employees seem to really like working there. Shantil is a glowing example of their remarkable customer service. Store is always clean. Things are well-organized on the shelves. If looking for pet food, thry carry brands that are considered healthier for pets. No Pedigree brand dog food here. There is a decent selection of dog toys. Seasonal pet toys seem to move quickly here. Gromming is available. Self service dog wash stations are also available. At the time of my visit there was a Yelp check in offer, Yelp coupon and a Yelp cash back offer. I use the Yelp check-in offer as it was slightly more than the Yelp coupon. read more

Store is fairly clean, with a decent amount of employees if I need help. Lots of selections!!! Neat things you cannot find just anywhere. I purchased both dog and cat treats. Dog food and something that turns my sink into a nice bathing area for my dogs. I spent over 100.00 which seems expensive to me. I enjoyed my time in the store. It's fun to see all the products that are out now. The biggest drawback was the prices. Even things on clearance carried a hefty tag. We have all seen prices rising everywhere. Hopefully, in time it will get better. Worth the trip for sure. read more

Located in a strip mall next to the Blue Ash Kroger, in the space formerly occupied by the InCahoots restaurant, Pet Supplies "Plus" has an extensive selection of supplies and food for a variety of pet types. There are always plenty of employees that are eager to help. My favorite thing is the dog wash. $10.00 normally, 1/2 price ($5.00) on Wednesday. They have two stainless steel washing "bays", four different soaps (including a hypoallergenic one), warm water wash and rinse, and a blow dryer. Plus they have towels and aprons. Well worth the money. Tonight the pound hound, Wess, looks great, feels soft and smells great. This is a nice addition to the area. read more

I love this little store in Blue Ash! It is closer to me than any other pet store, and the only one in the area that carries the food for both of my pets, Whole Earth Farms dog food, and Oxbow Regal Rat food. I used to have to go to Petco for one and Petsmart for the other. The customer service here is amazing! Every single person in the store will greet you as soon as they see you, and not just a passive "hello", they are friendly, enthusiastic, conversational, helpful, and seem genuinely happy to help you. They will always offer help in finding items, or choosing something appropriate for your pet. They will also offer to carry out anything to your vehicle, especially helpful when you are buying giant bags of dog food! This is the customer service that is lost in most of our busy world of retail these days, something you will almost never see in a big box store. I am so impressed with the selection of food, treats and toys that they carry! Many, many healthy food and treat options!! A HUGE selection of bones and chew toys for my super heavy chewer! So many that I usually stand there for 15 minutes with a store employee debating on which one we should try this time! (She is a seriously HEAVY chewer!) And every toy you can possibly think of, and for every size dog! I haven't taken my pup in here yet, because she has some aggression issues and I just don't think it would be a good idea, but I have seen plenty of pet owners come in with their dogs, and they are accepted without a second glance! I haven't used any of their grooming services YET, but plan to this weekend, as my girl is STINKY from swimming in lakes the past few weeks! I plan to use the self-service pet wash, as she HATES baths, and having the restraint built into the tub will make it SO much easier, also with the washing systems they have, no turning off the water to lather up=less of a chance for my pup to decide that would be a good time to try to escape. Also, there is a dryer as well, as my dog HATES when I try to use a regular hair dryer (on cool setting of course). I may update my review once I have tried out the pet wash! All in all, I TOTALLY recommend this store to everyone I know with a pet! And get their membership card (free!), you get emails with coupons ALL THE TIME! read more
