A year ago I gave a review and will give another one. There needs to be more than five starts for this store. I shop many Pet Supplies Plus stores but this one, by far, is the best. I visit at least once a week so my little man can visit all his friends (aka the employees). They always greet us and ensure we have help with our needs. They never point to an aisle instead they take you to the product and advise with their opinions. They are never pushy or preoccupied. If one of the products I routinely purchase is on sale they make sure I'm aware of it. They have lots of fun events on the weekends and collect donations for the babies still looking for their forever homes. At the end of our visit they always provide a special snack for my baby. He's super picky and the staff always makes sure his favorite treats are available. If I was an executive I would visit this store to see how a business should be run. Great store with great employees. Rachel and Sue are amazing, read more

The staff always very friendly and knowledgeable!!! if I have a specific question I get a answer I can trust. My go to pet store for everything. read more

Always greeted with a smile. Always asked if I need any help locating something in the store. I have asked Rachel many times for her opinion on a product and always satisfied with her recommendations. The store is clean very organized and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable!! Won't shop at any other pet store. read more

Love giving my dog Theo a bath here! They have hypoallergenic shampoo, the water is warm, there's plenty towels (you just have to ask for them), and the dryer has heated air so your dog doesn't freeze! I bought a card of 5 washes and you get one wash for free :). There's two stalls to bathe dogs. Great to come here after a muddy day! read more

I absolutely love this store! It really is one of the better pet stores in greater Cincy. The staff no matter the time or day are friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and organized. They frequently have cats or creatures up front from local rescues for adoption. My most favorite thing is the dog wash! For $25 you can obtain a card for 5 dog washes. $5 to keep my own house clean and save my back by not having to bend over? YES! It is located in the back of the store, and what you do is pay up front first, they will then turn the water on and provide you with towels. The area has a baby gate to keep your dog contained. An apron is available to keep your clothes dry. There are two sizes of tubs for smaller or larger dogs. There is a leash to hook your dog to the tub. 4 different types of shampoo and conditioner are available and it is mixed in with the water spray just like at a car wash! This is so much easier for lathering your pet up. There is then a rinse cycle and a dryer (no heat) that simply blows all the water out of the fur. They have everything you need for a successful and quick dog bath! Oh yeah, the store also has a nice selection of food, supplies, and toys too! Sign up for rewards and keep and eye out for frequent coupons! They are currently offering curbside pickup. read more

Super polite and helpful. Spent 20 minutes talking to an associate about transitioning my dog to a different feed. Seemed really knowledgeable, and everyone was very friendly. read more

Great selection of pet food, friendly and helpful staff. Prices are reasonable as well. They usually have a couple of kittens/cats from a local rescue for adoption. The only place we shop for pet food and supplies. read more

Great job cutting my dogs nails. Helpful and great staff. Dog also loved the cookie style treats.

We arrived with a transport of 3 puppies that desperately needed a bath. The staff was incredibly helpful and engaging. They did everything possible to help us handle the pups and were beyond accommodating. Additionally, they refused to let us pay since we represented a rescue. Kudos to their entire staff! C. on time, pleasant and efficient! 18 year old cat who needed nails trimmed! Here for 10 minutes and its done! Cant tell you how wonderful it was!! Highly recommended read more

Unfortunately they're not enforcing mask policy. I watched the older lady check out a woman with no mask. I asked her if masks were no longer required? She assured me they were LOL when I pointed out that the lady didn't have on a mask she replied with Oh... like you just waited on her with no mask! You knew and you did it anyway. Two weeks ago only family at a time in the self wash station as it is very small. Today the policy was no longer in affect. I'm wondering what changed? Also the self serve dog grooming stations are very dirty and in need of a good scrubbing! read more

First timer and I was pleasantly surprised. Had exactly what I was looking for and in bulk. The store was organized well and finding things was a breeze. Customer service was stellar. I'll be back. read more

I absolutely love this store. Everything you need and even everything you didn't know you needed is available at this store. The staff are always sooooo friendly and helpful. The groomers are awesome. Can't say enough about them. read more

Friendly staff and very accommodating my pet and I will surely be back! They have lots of good dog treats to choose from.

5 stars for the staff! My dog made two new friends, Carol Sue and Margret! They were great with getting me checked out and very friendly to Sunny and I. Sunny got lots of treats from Margret and she can't wait to to get back and see her new friends again. read more

I love Pet Supplies, the staff is super friendly and helpful! They have a pretty good selection of items as well. The only thing I'd say is sometimes they run out of the food you need but I think that's more due to supply issues and the fact a lot of other pet stores have closed and they are getting more traffic because of that. The staff is great though! read more

I buy all my live feed at Pets Supply Plus. I also buy all my ferret food and bedding. I have the best service and always get the same exact iteMs that are always stocked. I also enjoy the delivery when I need to use that. read more

The associates at this store have always been kind and helpful. This is the only store near me that caries the Orijin brand of Dog food that my pups love, and I love the selection of treats and accessories. read more

the entire team, groomera, associates and managers are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, approachable, and friendly. feels like home, I've tried other locations and brands, none match these guys. read more

Absolutely the BEST PET STORE IN TOWN! The staff was over the top helpful to me when I brought my rescue pup in. They helped me bathe him, find the best food for him, gather all supplies and made sure we were prepared. They found me the best price and price matched anything I found at neighboring stores. Love this place. They've earned my business for life. read more

Love that they carry Earthborn Venture Rabbit and Pumpkin. It's rare to find it in-store. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Awesome, helpful, knowledgeable people! Got me the exact food I was looking for. I didn't see it at first, and she took me right to it after looking at a picture of it on my phone. Our newest dog is a rescue with some tummy issues, and we were told to try this. She gave some tips about how to transition Roxie back to this food she had at her last home. read more

always kind and helpful...they load my car and that really helps...carry great products and I enjoy going there

This is how pet stores should be, the staff, checkout experience and quality items that are easy to find. Plenty of help when needed.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! I took my dog in to be groomed today and was notified by the "manager" that she had been clipped on her leg. This is the second time she has been injured at this poor excuse for a groomer! The first time was never reported to me and I gave them the benefit of the doubt and finally came back. I understood that accidents can happen. However, I was obviously upset and the "employees/groomers" were absolutely rude about it. One, who had nothing to do with the situation yelled at me, laughed about it and told me never to bring her back. Not a chance of that happening!! Completely unprofessional, incompetent, rude, & unapologetic! Do NOT take your dog here for grooming! read more

I used the curb side pick up order for the first time. It was quick and easy! Like always, staff was friendly and helpful!

Love this store. Staff is extremely friendly and always ask if they can help. Prices are better than Petsmart. I love their grooming salon and particularly Jenny who does a wonderful groom. read more

Helpful. friendly staff. Clean store and I like their Redford Brand dog food. They don't always have white hooves or Royal Canin Moist Adult in stock, though. Grooming is average in quality , but is reasonably priced and easy to get an appointment. read more

I stopped into this store today because it is the only store in town where I can find Whiska's wet cat food (pate). They were having technical problems with their computers and it took a long time to ring up my 13 items. I was given a HUGE discount for my troubles, and was very appreciative for this! I appreciate the management and staff accommodating my time in such a generous manner. I will definitely be back to patron this store!!! Pet Supplies Plus is the best pet store in town!!! read more

every time I go into pet supply plus I have a great experience. good prices, friendly workers, and great clean atmosphere! if you have small animals like rabbits, gunie pigs, etc.. they have self dispense bulk food that is a super great deal! my only negative opinion I have is that they sell animals. I hate seeing fuzzy animals like cats, dogs, bunnies, etc being sold like a product. adoption events would be a better alternative. read more

Stopped in here today on the first day, the store was awesome! They have lots of holistic foods and very healthy foods for pets. The cat section is huge! Definitely will be back. Prices are good too, comparable to other stores if not better! read more

The staff at this store is very friendly and helpful. They always offer to help carry my heavy loads to the car. I also adopted a cat from this store and the staff loved her so much they want to know how she is doing all the time. Awesome place to shop! read more

I LOVE this store! Not only are the employees awesome, super helpful, and friendly, the prices are better than Petsmart and they seem to have a lot more inventory! I have brought my puppy in twice and everyone always remembers him and are very friendly towards us! So glad I live right down the street from this store:) read more

This store is great. I went here recently to upgrade tanks for one fish that we had been given. We ended up upgrading and learning so much about Betta fish that we did not previously know. All of the info was useful and has made us want to learn more; and now, a couple months later, we are talking about upgrading again. We will definitely go back to this location to see the staff and give them business. read more

Great staff and selection, competitive pricing and clean store. This store is my two dog's favorite place to go. Even though they are there to get bathed, they still wag their tails when we pull up. They love walking down the aisles and sniffing everything. It's very cute to see them (11 and 8 years old) turn into puppies when we walk through the doors. It always smells fresh and clean and the staff are always so friendly and helpful when we walk in. We took advantage of their Dirty Dog Discount Card and for $25 you can take your dogs back to their tubs 5 times for 30 minutes each time. It works out to $5 a bath, which is the cheapest by far of any other place out there. They also provide the soap, water, tubs, dryers and towels. I don't have to worry about them being scared like at a groomer because I'm there with them doing the grooming :) Hope this place stays here for a long time read more
