I am such a weird pet owner, and I am very uncomfortable leaving him with just anyone. He is a small pup, and pretty skittish if he's around loud people or children. So, as you can imagine, I'm pretty picky. I called around to a few places who were all booked up, and Gala could get me in the fastest. There is a location that is closer to my home so I hesitated at first. They couldn't get him in so I took a shot with Gala, and I'm so very glad that I did. I walked in hesitantly at first, and all the ladies working there ooh'ed and ahh'ed over my little pupper. Galena walked right up to him and she made him feel right at ease. He had a hematoma in one of his ears before I had gotten him, and she noticed it right away. She brought it up, and I was very impressed. She is the first groomer to ever mention it or ask me about it. She knows her stuff. My appointment was for 1:00 and she told me that they were pretty busy so I could expect him to be done around 5:30 or so. I wasn't sure what to expect so I was a bit nervous. I swear I'm as bad as someone leaving their child in day care for the first time.. haha. I ran some errands and got back there before time because I couldn't wait any longer. He was ready, and she smiled when she saw me. She brought him out to me, and he was totally transformed. Oh my Gosh, he looks so freakin adorable and he smells AMAZING!!! She pampered my pup right up. She told me that he was accustomed to being groomed and had most likely been groomed before I had adopted him too. I seriously am impressed and I will recommend her to anyone with a pooch or furball kitty. Wow! The only thing I wish I had known prior, is that you cannot add a tip if you pay by credit card, so BRING CASH! I will definitely be a regular at Gala's, and I'm sure my pretty little pup won't mind a bit!

It was sad to think she was shivering on a hard surface waiting to be taken care of. Happy Tails to You Mobile Pet Spaw is a godsend! I Book my appointment via text messaging and they are always able to fit us in within a week or two. They arrive at our door and take her to their van. Within 30-45 minutes they bring her back! I feel completely comfortable with my 12 year old dog in their hands. They trim her nails, clean her ears out and do many other services to make sure she's well cared for.

This is odd since she was at the groomers Mid December and had Just been bathed and brushed a few nights before. Her face is cut uneven, and a far cry from what I wanted. Her beautiful tail that I specifically said I don't want it touched at all! They butchered it! One side is chopped short so now it does t lay over! One of my dogs has been groomed twice by Furry Land and this week was the first time for my other…read moreone. They liked Natasha right away and they don't like everyone. The final result looked professional; I asked for puppycuts. They also smell great! The grooming didnt take super long and they didnt spend half the day locked in a kennel. I did recieve a recent cancelation due to high winds, but these vans are tall, I get it! Actually this time it was storming and I'm not sure how I didn't end up with a half cut dog, because Matilda freaks out during storms, but as you can see, she came back perfect! Her bow is still on 3 days later which is also another feat!

I spent a summer pestering them with questions, & they always helped. And Joe and his birds are legendary. Try to meet Elvis or Hannibal--absolutely hilarious.
