Look at the job they did in my cat. $85 and she is smelly hair uneven. Didn't even touch her feet or her head. Had hair all over her it's now all over my car. I call and they try to tell me my cat is aggressive. She has been going to this same groomers for three years. You have to many animals in there at one time. I walk in and there are three people and 15 animals like a chop shop. Never again. Don't bring your pets here. Find somewhere cheaper that actually grooms your pet. read more

When I set the appointment for grooming for my dog, I asked the cost. After asking me questions about my dog,(breed/ size/ length of hair/ did I want nails trimmed, his backside area trimmed, etc) I was quoted $65. Totally reasonable!! I brought my dog in for his appointment & when I went to pick him up, they told me the cost would be $95!!!!! I WAS LIVID!! "WHY, I ASKED?!?". I was told that they had to do a bit more trimming than expected and that I had to pay EXTRA for his "TEMPERMENT"!! He didn't like his nails trimmed they said... I asked, "Did he try to bite you or something?? Could you put a soft muzzle on him? Both answers were "No".. he was just getting anxious. WHY was I not called and told that he was anxious about his nails & it would be extra??? I have taken my dog to other groomers and they have NEVER had an issue! I was extremely disappointed in how much they charged and the lack of quality of their work. After tipping I paid $85. I hate to bust their bubble, but someone needs to remind them that they're not performing brain surgery. Any skill level they possess doesn't warrant the rates they are charging. CUT HIS PRIVATE AREA!!! WILL NOT RETURN CALLS. I have taken my dog Winston here for a handful of times and he would always get nervous before going in - which didn't seem out of the ordinary until this time. They always take 4-5 hours and he is only 13 pounds. When I picked him up I was told that he was very "aggressive" and it must be since he was new. He has never tried to bite anyone he has nerve even growled at anyone. After I got him home I noticed multiple cuts on his butt by his tail and when I flipped him over noticed they had cut his penis and it was bleeding and had pus coming out of it. When I called wags and whiskers I was told that it must have been because he was matted. He did not have a single knot/ Tangle anywhere on his body. Even if he did that isn't a reason to cut part of his penis????? They were basically blaming it on me and will not return my calls. This place does a great job. Unfortunately they have significantly raised their prices. It's not over $70 after tip for a basic dog grooming (for a small 10 pound dog). I understand COVID is hurting everyone, but they're going to lose their customers with these prices when it's $50 just a block away read more

Love Wags & Whiskers. The staff is amazing our big dog loves going to visit them. He comes back with a clean, shiny coat and smells wonderful. They offer a lot of add ons, blueberry dog facial anyone? Their service is prompt and customer/animal oriented. We drive out of our way to bring our pup here. Although this groomer might cost $20-$30 more than you are used to, it is worth it...ESPECIALLY if you have a doodle. I never have any issues when I take my mini bernedoodle here. Even with his mom being extra picky about his haircut, she is always happy with the results from W&W. The staff is great and very friendly. Brooke always listens to any specific requests and will make helpful suggestions to help maintain a good looking pooch. read more

My dog was always very scared to go inside. The place was always pretty clean, but smelled strongly of lit candles constantly, it was so strong it made me sick. The first hair cut my dog ever got was the best groom I had gotten on her back in Dec, 2013. But after moving back to Cincinnati and going back over and over she wouldn't listen to what I wanted and she wouldn't trim her enough. The groomer wasn't very friendly and wouldn't spend much time talking at drop-off or pick-up. Upon arrival, my dog would run into the back seat of my car jump into back window so I would have to pull her out because she hated going there so much. I did see her walk away from a dog on a table once before but there was another lady nearby. I did not feel like this was the best place for my dog, so I found a better groomer who I love and always listens to what I want and my dog loves the new place and groomer!!! read more

We had a wonderful experience with Cassie and Krista ... they did a very good job and the grooming was just want we wanted. I would highly recommend wags and whiskers pet grooming. read more

I love this place. We've tried several groomers in the area, but either my dog would end up with kennel cough afterward or getting in would be difficult. The price is reasonable. The owner knows my dog by sight and treats her like her own dog. She just scoops up Roxie and gives her hug, which calms her down. My dog doesn't like the groomers, but she's always super happy after a good cut. The owners are great, very personable and they always find a way to get me in at a convenient time. Even if I call the day before, she always works us in. read more
