Recommended by a nearby competitior who couldn't get us on their schedule, Barb and the outstanding Team here really hit it out of the park. This was our first experience in needing to have our Australian Labradoodle puppy cut. We had her washed, dried, cut, and nail clipped. Firstly - they did a phenomenal job. Secondly - the services didn't cost me a fortune. Our 13lb puppy got the wash, dry, cut and nail clip for just around $60, before tip. Check their website or call for all their services. They have a wide selection of the basics, scented options and even nail polish. Would I go back? Without question, this is our dog groomer! It was a happy accident but I must commend the competitor who couldn't fit our needs, spoke highly of BB&B and recommended their services.

My wife and I also owned a grooming salon prior to her retirement about 12 years ago. So, I figure I have done my share of grooming and know what constitutes a true professional and what doesn't. I met Michelle at a grooming competition over 15 years ago when she was in the early stages of her grooming career. Since then, she has risen to the top of the grooming community, proving herself as one of the world's top groomers competing abroad at the zenith of her career. And if you don't believe it, when you enter her shop, you can look to the right and spy her trophies from all sorts of competitions, to include winning gold at the Intergroom shows in Europe. She's too humble to claim to be the best, but her record and reputation prove such to be. She's also my handler, taking my dogs from puppy nothings to AKC Champions and Grand Champions, all the while charming them to do anything she asks. I even caught her on video in the ring reaching down to set a foot and kissing my girl Crystal (GCH/EGCG Aircastle Diamond's Reflection, D-CAT) on the nose. To the one review who said she was "mean", all I can say is that they apparently have little experience with professionals. She and KC are neither mean rough, ill-tempered, nor in any way inappropriate with the dogs in their care, and the reaction of my dogs to her are proof of this. They love the both of them! Not only would I highly recommend this shop for grooming...if you can get an appointment (another proof of their quality and professionalism)...but I entrust my precious pups in her care regularly, both to groom and to show. I recently lost my Marley and one of the hardest things was to call them and tell them he wouldn't be back. I drove a very long distance for the mere fact they were so good to him and they did such a wonderful job on grooming. I com back they didn't cut him the way I wanted and he smelled. My dog doesn't smell after a bath. Also I noticed none of the groomers friendly with the dogs they were grooming. From the time I entered the building the dogs that were in the other room would not stop barking at all. When I asked if anything had happened the owner said no. When I picked him up he was acting very nervous. I asked the owner again and she said no. When I mentioned to her that she he was groomed in a way that I didn't want him to and that he smelled. She dismissed me and said I was imagining things. I didn't leave a tip and she gave me a nasty attitude. The worst part was his behavior after coming home. He was skittish and very jump about loud noises when that was not the case before. He was eating and drinking less and exhibiting other self soothing behaviors that dogs have. After a week he was fine. Something definitely happened while he was there and the owner didn't care at all. I've never experienced anything like this at another groomer. It's been a couple of months but to this day my dog refuses to let anyone groom him and we never had a problem before. The owner needs to shut the place down and stop serving dogs if she doesn't care about them.

When we dropped him off was told to pick him up by 6 or there will be a 70 dollar boarding fee for the night. A very extremely rude lady call at 4:20 demanding to come that min and unfortunately we only have one car and considering we were told we had till 6. Then call me and my husband a liar saying he wasnt utd on shots. The call his vet and the vet was busy but tried to call them back but they wasn't answering there phone to let them know he was utd. Didn't cut his nails and charged an extra 40 dollars then originally told it would. Owner called cussing by 4:45 and hanging up on us. Horrible communication. Both of my dogs ears are bleeding as well. very unprofessiona!!! i dont even want to imagine how they treated my poor dog when I wasn't there. This is my first review I've ever made that's how upset I am with this place.
