You can't make an appointment for just a nail trim so I was hesitant (In Seattle appointments were the norm) they'd have time but we walked right in and got a quick nail trim immediately. We took our golden retriever puppy here for his first grooming (+ bath, de-shed, etc.) when he was about 7-8 months old and it was a great experience! He came out looking SO handsome, smelling great, and feeling very soft. He also came out smiling and so happy! I'm sure he was happy to get rid of those grinch paws (lol) but it was evident that he was treated well while there. The workers all loved him and even provided us with his "pawgress report" (how adorable?!) including sweet things notes on how his appointment went. We will definitely be returning! read more

This store location continues to shine with online order for in-store pickup (which is always discounted as compared to simply shopping in store). While I have had other locations claim their tablets are slow or they cant find my order right away, this Milford one is spot on. My order is usually ready within a quick amount of time too! While the store overall isn't as updated as other spots, the customer service and promptness more than makes up for it. They do have a great selection that is well organized so don't let the older appearance fool you. They have grooming, a pet hotel/daycare, Banfield Vet, and training classes. Supplies for your fish, reptile, small mammal, cat or dog! Last Easter I even came here to get a free picture for my dog with the Easter Bunny! Specifically reviewing the Petshotel Doggie Day Camp. I LOVE everything about this place. The first 2 times we went in to drop off our pup, he was either too young or not up to date on shots. They continued to turn us away, not putting the other dogs in any harm. As frustrating as it was, it's very relieving to know that these folks really care about the pups in their care. Once your puppy is atleast 6mo and UTD on ALL shots, your first full day camp is free with coupon! You can find them everywhere. Otherwise, full day 7am-9pm is $23 and half day (6 hours) is $17. Includes food, you can also bring your own from home. Additional costs for doggie ice cream or grooming apply if you choose to do so. We added on a nail trim for $9 and our pup's mani is perfect. They post pictures on their Facebook page during the day so you can keep a lookout for what your pup is up to. I love this! I also received a photo in my email the next day unexpectedly. It was an adorable photo with a "first day" overlay filter. Check in/out is super easy and they even do valet drop off. My pup obviously had so much fun, we picked him up so happy and he slept for 18 hours! They gave us a "pawgress report" on how he did for the day. Very thorough. Definitely plan on bringing him back atleast once a week. After 10 visits you get 1 free. read more

Waited 2 hours and my daughter had to call them to find out if she was finished. They said oh we just finished with her, but there were two other dogs and owner's that went in and left with in 1 hour. Of course they will not say they messed up...but they did. I just adopted a dog, Fià, and have a busy work schedule. This location was EXCELLENT! I checked my pup into the hotel. The staff is soo kind, Mary and Kristy were great! And my baby girl was happy and excited to stay. She's a shy lil thang so she's still getting used to new people and other dogs but she was very happy when I picked her up. My dog Gus goes to day camp two or three times a week he loves the people who work there! He runs straight back there when we get there! They are very accommodating, I love that they decorate for everything they go all out to make it great for your pet! I love it there! I am writing to talk about the Pet Hotel and Doggy Daycamp. I am new to the area and work odd hours plus my partner travels a lot so our pup spends a lot of time in her kennel. We started looking into day camp options and tried PetSmart for their convienent hours and location. Ever since our first visit we have felt like family. The staff knows Baileigh by name and are always excited to see her and her them! They take good care of my pup and give her plenty of exercise. She loves all of the themed days and getting to see her friends. She is completely worn out when she gets home. The whole staff is wonderful and they truly care about their campers well-being. I wanted to specifically shout out Cara. I called last night in a panic because work kept me over and I wasn't going to make pick up time for Baileigh. Cara knew me by voice, I didn't tell her my dogs name, and quickly got Bails scheduled to stay over and made sure she was okay on her first over night. It's staff like that, that know you and your pet, that make an animal business successful. Thank you so much to the whole Pet Hotel staff. I personally visited the PetsHotel last week to register my two dogs for boarding. The worker gave me a paper to fill out and asked who my vet was. She said she would contact the vet for our records and for me to just bring the paper she gave me with my dogs on Friday. When we got there at 5:00 pm, no one had called the vet or obtained the records and they wouldn't take the dogs, This ruined our plans for the weekend. All they had to do was follow through. They should be clear about what they need. I would most certainly have brought the required records with me had they communicated their policy up front. I will NEVER go there again. The manager was rude and unsympathetic. I really rarely complain and have never written a negative review on Yelp before today. I do feel better now that I wrote this to warns others of this unprofessional establishment. read more

Brittany in the grooming salon is a fantastic employee! She was kind and professional and gave my dog a wonderful touch up! I was taken aback by just the simple fact she came over to greet my dog in the lobby. Most groomers just stay behind the counter! For this reason my girl was very comfortable with Brittany and even seemed happy to be at the groomers for a change! Brittany professionally explained what she was doing as she gave my pup a complete once over. We decided that her nails were in good shape but she needed a good brushing and I was sold when she recommended the money saving touch up bundle package! She even blew my dog out after brushing so I didn't have to worry about taking it back into my car! I received two adorable emailed pictures of my girl with such cute frames one of which I am posting! I even got a little report card! Love love love Brittany and will always recommend her! I have been to several different groomers with my dogs in the past but I have never been to one where they seem like they really care about your dog! Maybe it was just the young lady that took care of my precious dogs but I know I will go back to her! I remember her name because she asked me when I picked them up if I liked the way they looked and the job she did to please come back and ask for her and her name was Danielle. Danielle did such a great job with them that they were so soft and beautiful. And she was so good with them too! She would treat them like they were her own and talk to them just like I did. I thought I was the only one that talked to my animals like that, lol! Danielle went out of her way to explain things that would help me with them and told me things I didn't know. She is very knowledgeable. She was so friendly and personable but very professional as well. You can tell she knows what she is doing. And the place is so clean and nice. And, like I said, I've been to several different groomers and I can say their prices are very reasonable! You definitely should check them out! And definitely ask for Danielle! read more
