Instead of allowing me to figure out what the vet had described, I was given an argument, so I hung up. After, I realized what the vet had prescribed, I called back and got a worse argument. If that is how they treat an owner, I don't want them any where near my dog. So wrong. I was really looking forward to an alternative to other dog daycares. Back to looking again.

Their patience and perseverance led to a bond that we were surprised happened. She started in gen-pop (it's not a prison) but had some issues. Instead of turning her away, she spent some time with Donna, their behavior specialist, and now she's back in gen-pop without issue. We would recommend Dogtown to anyone. Hell, they even have a water park for dogs on their lower level.

When one of my dogs had a medical issue while I was out of town, they took him to the urgent care vet and stayed with him the whole time while he got treatment while keeping me updated, then took him back again the next day for his check up. I really appreciate that their "Pet Pals" send an update with photos every time they see the dogs.

Also, drop off and pick up times have become very limited, which seems rather odd to me, since he touts that he's around 24/7 with your pet. Don't bother asking Bobby why his policies have changed. Bobby has a terrible attitude, as is mentioned in a number of other reviews. I suppose he'll do just fine without my business, but I would recommend that you direct your business elsewhere as well.

They always stay in the same 2 dog suite since they have been together every day since they were born and we aren't sure how they would react to being separated. They really like staying here and get really keyed up when they realize they are "going to camp" as we call it. We call once or twice while we are gone just to make sure everything is going well. Plus they are really well behaved for several days after they get home and rest a lot. The staff love them and enjoy playing with them. The staff's caring attitude really shows through. They often get a bath on their last day which gives them a clue that they are coming home. We can highly recommend WCPR and often do.

Dr Fouts is knowledgeable and caring with my pets. I have been through some very rough times with them such as a difficult euthanasia and a pet with a chronic illness and they have made the experience wonderful. The front desk staff are rockstars and know me by name when I come in. They are friendly and engaging. I have interacted with Dr Hopping, although she has not seen my animals, and she seems great as well. The hospital is beautiful and clean. If I need a medication or food they look into ordering it for me. Their prices are reasonable. My pets actually enjoy coming here, as do I. Calls and lab results are returned promptly and appointments are easy to obtain. They do some neat adoption events and open houses through out the year, so keep an eye out for those. I really could go on and on, but you have to see for yourself. If you want the best care for your pet, this is your place!

I took my elderly cat to LAH for several months bc he was acting out of character. Meowing a lot…read more Staring at walls. He was unable to jump. First vet told me he was crying in pain and recommended Silencia (cat arthritis med). It worked great for two months, but my cat didn't seem to benefit from the 3rd shot. He continued to decline. Not really moving. Except to go the bathroom or drink water or eat. And he meowed a lot. In a cat fight kind of voice. I could tell he was distressed. I took him back on 2-9. Vet gave ear drops for an ear infection. My cat had lost a lot of weight. Vet said to do blood tests. Tests came back and she called me and read the results back to me. But the numbers meant nothing to me but she kept reading. She suggested that I get another antibiotic "just in case" and to change his food to one that they sell. She was devoid of empathy. And at one point I said, "we love our cat, we don't want to keep him alive if he's in pain or his quality of life is poor." I was looking for guidance. She said nothing and resumed reading her test results. The following week his abdomen was greatly distended. And he was having trouble moving. I took him back to LAH. Front desk was super kind. No vets there Bc They don't start until later in the morning. Vet tech (also very kind) checked his vitals and said she couldn't diagnose, but she said he was very sick. She recommended Grady Animal Hospital for treatment. GAH told me he had a large mass in his liver. The mass pushed his organs out of their regular position. His heart was enlarged bc the heart had to work so hard bc of the organ positioning. They recommended euthanasia. LAH was incredibly dismissive of my concerns. And they missed this large liver mass which could actually be palpated. My cat needlessly suffered for months bc these vets wrote him off as an old "cranky" cat and none of them really listened to my concerns about his behavior or quality of life. We would never have made him suffer this long had we known how sick he really was.
