Since we are pretty picky about who we leave my baby with, Kennel Resorts is absolutely the only place I will kennel my puppy. read more

Kennel Resorts - My sweet boy - Pet Boarding Near Me - Milford, Ohio

Always my only choice for my dog Woody. Great hours, especially the Sunday pick up. He always is excited when we turn the corner into Kennel Resorts. read more

The staff at Kennel Resorts take such great care of our dogs! Super clean facility! Wonderful exercise and play areas outside too. A few options available for the size area you need for your dogs. Lots of extra options available for your dog throughout the day. I highly recommend you give them a try! read more

For a change of pace, I've been taking my dog here about once a weekday when I work. My dog seems excited when we arrive and ready to get in the car when I pick him up. One thing that drew me to them is 7am drop off - if it wasn't for working, I wouldn't need dog camp. I guess places that don't open until 8am have clients who start at 9:30 or after which is foreign to me. The dog camp passes can be used for full or half days. When I made my initial purchase they let me know if camp didn't work out for us, I could request a refund so that was helpful in knowing I wasn't totally locked in. To use dog camp, you have to buy a membership which gives access to the dog parks, which we haven't used yet but I think they're open April to October? But it is a feature we want to check out on a weekend. I do wish the cameras were of better picture quality, but I can usually make out which one is mine based on that color blob moving on the screen. I haven't used them for overnight stays, but friends have and like it so I'm confident it would work well for us. All the staff is friendly and are excited to see my dog, so that makes me happy! read more

Groomer did a great job. And today all staff wore masks. My dog always looks and smells great after her haircut, bath, ears, nails, etc are cleaned and groomed. Thanks! read more

My dog was there for 10 days first time we have boarded him. He has kennel cough and lost 7 pounds. Took him to the vet the next day. She was very concerned about his tongue. Said it looked burned and lacerated and very red. He drank water like crazy when he got home, but could eat because of his tongue. He's on antibiotics and if not better tomorrow may need blood work. He's only 18 Months old and was perfectly healthy when we dropped him off. Would like to know what went on down there. Will never take my baby back there. Hope no one else has this much trouble. Worried about my sweet boy. This was at the Milford, Ohio resort read more

Kennel Resorts is the best place around to take your pet! I take my dog here 2-3 times a week for day camp and whenever we need to board him, which can be pretty often. They are always so kind and patient with my wild doodle and are always happy to clean him up for me when he is dirty. My husband and I really appreciate how the staff at Kennel Resorts know him on a personal level and really care about him. He always comes home a tired and happy pup! We wouldn't take him anywhere else! read more

We absolutely love Kennel Resorts! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. We used them for boarding our dogs a very long time ago (2007/2008) and immediately went back with our new puppy. He loves day camp a couple days a week and spent the past weekend there overnight. I wasn't nervous or hesitant because the owner (lives on site) and his employees are all awesome. Oh, and their grooming is awesome too! Love Kennel Resorts and so does Leo the goldendoodle! read more

Kennel Resorts is a welcoming, friendly business. They took excellent care of my cats.

We love Kennel Resorts! Our two Huskies Osa & Mishka love it too! We travel quite a bit and was referred to this place by a friend. We have been using them for almost 2 years now. They really care about the dogs. Our girls always come home clean and happy. They also always know them and our dogs are comfortable right away. Thanks for providing such great care of our precious girls read more

Kennel Resorts has been nothing but great to our Hoosier. They always know him when we arrive and he is always excited when he sees them. The grooming is great also. I'm very picky when it comes to my dog but I feel good knowing he is in good hands there. read more

Great place to board your pet! Beautiful environment and my dog got a bath before I picked him up. Thank you for taking such great care of Atlas! read more

Our dog loves Kennel Resorts. He's very social, so day camp is perfect for him. I typically work from home, but always bring him when I travel so he can spend the day playing. He's always excited to get there and tired when he comes home. If we can't pick him up on time or are getting back late, they keep him for the night with just a quick phone call. We feel good knowing that he's safe and having fun. The staff genuinely seem to like him and, when he arrives, the first thing he does is go to the staff for a pet. On behalf of Link, we highly recommend. read more

I boarded my dog there for four nights and was very satisfied. First time customer. The facility was very clean and well kept and the staff was amazingly friendly! I would definitely recommend to others and will be returning in the future! read more

Honestly if I could Give it 0 stars I would, I loved this place in the past but some Changes have been made and not good ones. This is a nice facility with caring employees however the manager has a horrible attitude And is extremely rude. it's a shame. read more

I boarded my 2 beagles there for 3 nights (1st time customer) and I was happy with the facility and the service. The facility was clean and I liked that you had the option of having a webcam to check on my dogs. It is a little hard to find since it is off of OLD 28 and not the 28 bypass so pay attention to your directions. I liked that it is in a wooded area with lots of things for the dogs to do. I will use this kennel again. read more

Our dogs love love love going!! The staff is the wonderful! We have 2 puppies and 2 grand pups and all 4 cam home happy and exhausted! What more can u ask? read more

DO NOT SEND YOUR PETS HERE We boarded our three dogs with kennel resorts 4 times total and three times at least one of my dogs got sick and the time they didn't they were only there a very short time! The first 2 times I chalked it up to it happens and it was just one of my dogs! This last time over Xmas ALL three of my dogs got very sick, all on meds and one had to have an IV! When I contacted them they knew about the illness before I even told them what was wrong with my dogs! They DID NOT contact any customers or tell them at pick up that there were sick dogs while mine were in their care. I could have gotten them out of their care early or taken them to the vet right away! However they never gave me that chance. When we contacted the company for some reimbursement, as they didn't tell us of a sickness, we were told the owner could only make a decision and he would call us! We never received a phone call but an email, very unprofessional from a company. We did receive half of our vet bill, however I truly feel our boarding cost should have been reimbursed! I feel they knew about something (a sickness) and did nothing about it. With all this said we are very disappointed in how they handled the entire situation! PLEASE think first before you board your dogs with this unprofessional company! read more

Kennel Cough, Matted Dog Hair, The smell of urine, unprofessionalism. My dog came home with all of these things. My husband and I also believe he was mistreated because he hides and shutters when you come near him and he never used to do this. When I spoke with an associate, Jim, I was told these are "not the kennels problems" and to not come back if I didn't like it. read more

These guys have been great for our dogs. We have three small / medium sized animals and my wife and I both travel often for work. They are often there for a week at a time and they always seem to have a great time. I've never had any issues with injuries and they are always nice and clean when we return. They are also very accommodating when it comes to special requests about our animals (two of our dogs have allergy issues). I'm happy to have a local place that I can trust my kids with. read more
