Booking here was super easy, especially considering we were making a reservation pretty last minute when it comes to dog boarding. I did all of the scheduling online about a week prior, but then ended up having to call a few days later to extend his stay a day. The girl on the phone was so friendly and helpful that I would have zero qualms about calling them back with any additional questions. When we dropped our doggo off for the weekend, they were able to check him in quickly, while dealing with several other customers as well! We dropped off hard copies of his vaccination records, but you're able to upload all of those online as well. I really appreciate that they spent time cataloguing all of the toys and bedding we brought in, so they could ensure we'd leave with what we came with. Any good dog owner knows that there are some toys that are extra special, and it would be catastrophic if we lost those. We booked the Classic Suite for two nights, with a bronze playtime package. I love that there are opportunities to customize your dog's stay based on their preferences - our pup likes playing with people more than with dogs, so we were able to request individual playtime for him, rather than a big dog pow-wow. Check out was pretty quick and easy, as well. We spent just over $100 for this weekend stay (including tip) - I don't think this is bad at all when it comes to boarding, but being a pet parent really isn't a cheap venture. He had no food no nothing there was no after service and I would not recommend. I think this is terrible that I did not get charged a late fee or you know there was some other type of consequence but to keep my dog in and keep him overnight is unacceptable and I have removed my dog from this facility.

My kids finally convinced me to get a dog, and, of course, I love him like crazy now. But…read moresometimes, you really can't take a 45 pound animal with you everywhere you go. For those times, I rely on Happy Paws. I can tell they love what they do, because they are always cheerful whenever we interact: drop-off, pickup, over the phone. They know my dog by name and are always happy to play with him for a moment when he arrives, and give him a couple treats when he has to leave, too. Thy require all dogs to have a temperament test of a few hours before they're allowed to stay, in addition to up-to-date vet records. This really gave me peace of mind to know that all the dogs there have been screened and are safe to be around my most precious puppy. Once that test is done, you can drop off your dog for daycare anytime during business hours; no appointment needed. This flexibility has proven to be a lifesaver for me, and definitely keeps me coming back. They also offer boarding and grooming services, but I have not tried those yet. Well, except nail trimming, because I don't need that headache! They are great! Your doggo will love them!

I am updating my review after I got some new information from a different vet. My dog had seizures…read moreand low phenobarb levels after I left her here for a week. The vet had said her levels were low and she suggest that she didn't get her medicine while at the kennel. After a second opinion, that may have not been the case, so I will not hold that against them. They have good rates and good facilities and I think I would recommend them to others, although I was disappointed when then didn't open on time.
