I (unlike the shop owner and the 'groomer') have no reason to lie. The pictures show only the visible part of the damage. The permanent damage to his trachea, his knee and front leg/shoulder cannot be seen except on X-rays. The emotional damage and PTSD is an everyday thing and I'm still working at a snails pace, gentling him back into grooming. He doesn't shake as much as he did at first but it's still awful for him. These people are monsters, and the 'groomer', Cassidy...I don't know this person, never met her before, but I do know that she has absolutely no business dealing with animals. Shame on you people! Dropped off my Pom for basic grooming with Cassidy. Instead of a well groomed fluffy happy Pomeranian, I picked up a very quiet little Pom with The entire bottom half of guard hairs cut off, you can see his skin through the undercoat that is left. He was abused in a manner that caused his trachea to partially collapse with improper use of the grooming loop. Cassidy caused his front right leg to no longer have full range of motion, and a luxating patella (his right rear leg), repaired with no issues for ten years, is knocked out of place as a result of the 'grooming' he received from Cassidy. The owner was rude, accused me of lying. Cassidy lied. Another employee there lied. Owner was physically very threatening, approaching me quickly several times stopping inches from my face, so close his spit got on my face as he yelled at me. Of that's the sort of thing you are looking for, you're going to absolutely LOVE this place!

They are the first groomer that hasn't hurt my pup while grooming him, he came back to me so happy and crazy just like when I dropped him off. The prices were incredible for the service. Normally it costs well over $100 for a doodle grooming, but I paid around $65 for the grooming (bath, trim, nails), it was more with a tip of course but they were wonderful so absolutely deserved! My girl is very timid and calm, so I find it appalling that every time I pick her up she has cuts, razor burns, and nails clipped until they are bleeding. I took her for her usual monthly grooming just a few days ago and when I went to pick her up she looked nothing like the pup I dropped off for a "light trim" and her ear was dripping blood, they're explanation, "she must have scratched herself." I com back they didn't cut him the way I wanted and he smelled. My dog doesn't smell after a bath. Also I noticed none of the groomers friendly with the dogs they were grooming. From the time I entered the building the dogs that were in the other room would not stop barking at all. When I asked if anything had happened the owner said no. When I picked him up he was acting very nervous. I asked the owner again and she said no. When I mentioned to her that she he was groomed in a way that I didn't want him to and that he smelled. She dismissed me and said I was imagining things. I didn't leave a tip and she gave me a nasty attitude. The worst part was his behavior after coming home. He was skittish and very jump about loud noises when that was not the case before. He was eating and drinking less and exhibiting other self soothing behaviors that dogs have. After a week he was fine. Something definitely happened while he was there and the owner didn't care at all. I've never experienced anything like this at another groomer. It's been a couple of months but to this day my dog refuses to let anyone groom him and we never had a problem before. The owner needs to shut the place down and stop serving dogs if she doesn't care about them.

They showed up on time, were super calm and patient, and you could tell right away they knew exactly what they were doing. The cut? Spot on. Nails? Cleanly trimmed back, not rushed, not uneven. Face, tail, body... all perfectly shaped and blended. Coat is soft, clean, and smells great without being overpowering. He looks comfortable. Not stressed, not nicked up, not rushed through the process. Just... right. You can tell when a groomer takes their time vs just pushing dogs through, and this was defintely the former. Honestly, it came out better than I expected. Everything was dialed in. It's one of those "yep, this is our groomer now" moments. And all from the comfort of our home. Couldn't be happier. 10/10 job.
