My girl is very timid and calm, so I find it appalling that every time I pick her up she has cuts, razor burns, and nails clipped until they are bleeding. I took her for her usual monthly grooming just a few days ago and when I went to pick her up she looked nothing like the pup I dropped off for a "light trim" and her ear was dripping blood, they're explanation, "she must have scratched herself." I will be finding a new groomer, for the price I pay, this is unacceptable!

They do a very nice job on the actual haircuts and are very nice to the dogs. I add this because my Lucy can be quite difficult and Charlie used to not like any one touching his paws after he was adopted. They will work with your dogs and are honest if anything happens. Really appreciate them!

When we came to pick them up the first thing one of them said to us was a negative comment about one of our boys' anxiety level and the other lady didn't even look up once the whole time we were there. They just didn't seem like they really liked the dogs. Other groomers we've been to have been so sweet with the dogs and seem to really love all the dogs that come in and I just didn't get that vibe here. Also we noticed when we got in the car that they nicked a little nodule on one of their backs and there was blood but they didn't mention it to us when we picked up. The cuts were fine and they smelled great so if you are looking for a groom for a great price this is your place, but I'd rather pay the premium and feel better about our pups being loved up when I drop them off for a groom.

I notified him was heading to the wrong location and called for him to head to the Loveland Madiera location. I called them to let the know he was on his way. She doesn't use cages, so your pet will love it, too. I highly recommend Maggie's Mobile Paw Spa.

I recertification a call back within one day and was able to get her grooming appointment for the following week. I know they were booked and was so happy when I was able to be worked in. I will always return to this business as my dog looked gorgeous. I was also happy with the intake process which minimized exposure by having me call when I arrived and was embarrassed by my pup deciding she needed to go number 2 right when we walked in the door. I felt much better when the groomer told me it happens all the time. Anyway when my Samantha returned to me she was looking and smelling so fresh and I'm telling you she was a hot mess since my old groomers couldn't take her anymore.

I've been able to put up with their terrible communication and weird hours because they usually do such an amazing job with my Aussie. I only take him 1-2 times a year for a little trim and clean up. I always specify no shaving because he has a double coat, and it has never been a problem in the past. But this time I showed up to a completely different dog. His entire coat had been completely shaved off. Now I'll be working on it for the next several months and praying it grows back normal. They were literally told not to shave him, and it's not like we're new customers. Will not be returning here.
