Immediately coming in we were ignored , not greeted & simply asked what we were looking for. No problems there if you want to get straight to the point . Upon seeing the beagles I asked how much they were and she said $800. She then proceeded to ask where I live as in apartment, town home or home and I said the puppy was for my mother ( for her birthday) and she lived in a town home. Let me add my moms house has a big yard in the back , and plenty of great walking trails nearby. She then tells me well no you can't purchase the animal, they are a " barky, loud" breed and can't live next to other people if it's not in a home. I have NEVER in my life heard anyone create a random rule that you can't purchase a breed because it barks ...ALL DOGS BARK , especially puppies like wtf and i mentioned she lives in a town home, as well as her neighbors having a dog. Her attitude wasn't pleasant at all and I feel like she just didn't want to sell us a dog. Even if I lived in a home, next door neighbors can still hear a dog barking wether it's inside or out. She was just quick to dismiss and shut us down. The puppies are overpriced and the customer service is TRASH. I pray they get a new owner some day, I've never liked that lady anyways.

He had no food no nothing there was no after service and I would not recommend. I think this is terrible that I did not get charged a late fee or you know there was some other type of consequence but to keep my dog in and keep him overnight is unacceptable and I have removed my dog from this facility.

I am one of the many stylists that have been working here and caring for your pets for a long time…read more As many of you may already know my fellow pet stylists and I all walked out on Wednesday because the owner, Michelle, has not paid any of us in weeks and is still refusing to pay us. She has been stealing your tips meant to go to your groomer and shorting our checks for a long time and as of recently stopped paying us all together. Unfortunately, while all of us love our jobs and taking care of your pets we cannot afford to work for free. I don't know how much longer Michelle will try to keep this business going without any of us but Michelle and the only groomer she has left are NOT patient with your pets and they do not upkeep the cleanliness of the building. I would want to know what was happening if it were my pet so I decided to write a review. Michelle if you see this review I would like to add that it is very unprofessional and childish to block all of us and stop responding instead of giving us answers on why you can not pay us.

My favorite thing about this place is the transparency. Kennel tours, 24/7 staff, proper training for staff and video cameras to ensure your pup is being well cared for. Cleanliness is also a top priority. Drop off and pick up is a breeze. I love Allie's but mostly I love how comfortable I am leaving my dogs with them. My dogs love Allie's!

I'd like to add that "Ruffin' It" a similar Doggie Day Care,/boarding/grooming facility in the same geographical area appears to be less expensive and also has a customer friendly policy where cancellations are accepted up to 11:59 PM the night before the pet is scheduled to arrive. At 4.5 stars they also have a higher rating than Allie's. I will be looking into Ruffin' It as a better alternative to Allie's.

I have been taking him to this location for about three years and this will be my last visit. He is usually so excited to see the ladies when he arrives and comes back relaxed and playful, but this time he lay on the floor for hours trembling. My Doberman only needed a bath and nail trim, so to double that charge was uncalled for.

I appreciate that they thoughtfully separate dogs into sizes and sometimes even styles of play, because Annie may be small but she likes to play rough sometimes. Boarding seems to go over very smoothly as Annie Oakley was excited to come home but didn't have any qualms about going back to Red Dog the next time. I am also reviewing their grooming care, or as much as short hair uses it. They are always accommodating if I call in for a last minute reservation for a day when she is going to be there, and have even squeezed in her nail trim or ear cleaning on a day they were otherwise booked. The staff seems all very friendly and I've never had any bad experiences with them. They use an online portal for booking and that makes it fairly easy to do. The grooming can be difficult to book, so I usually end of calling to ask about real availability. Lastly, you can watch your pup on video, which while I haven't done, I think is a nice touch and provides some transparency in how the dogs are being treated.

I took the time to store my credit card info (as required) when I registered my dog for a bath and then got a text asking for a credit card for a $50 deposit to confirm the appointment (a deposit for a bath?! I don't store my credit card anywhere online especially for something this insignificant, but it was required so I complied. Then to get a text after I took the time to do this, asking for my card again was frustrating. I have never had to store a credit card or make a down payment for a dog bath with any other groomer.) The entire process was a pain and the employee I checked in with was rude. I thought I'd give it a try because it's closer to home, but I'd rather drive 30 min each way to our current groomer who is kind, is always happy to see my dog, and doesn't require a down payment for a bath. I will not go back.
