I have never left a bad review but I feel I need to put this out there so no one else gets scammed by her. *The first red flag was when she sent me an email saying that she would give me a $150 credit if I would pay the remaining balance early.  *The day we received our puppy, Rebecca brought him to a neutral location.  Within 5 minutes of driving away with him, we saw a "bug" crawling on him.  After looking more into his fur we discovered he was COVERED in fleas!! Rebecca knew we were giving this puppy to our kids at their birthday party a few hours later.   Because he was so small no flea shampoo worked so we gave him a bath in dawn dish soap.  When we started the bath, all the fleas went to his eyes!!!  He was COVERED!!! *Within 2 days we took our puppy to the vet for a puppy check.  There he was diagnosed to have hookworm, tapeworm, coccidia and ear mites. Regarding the ear mites the vet said IF he was treated the day before we got him with flea medication, there is no way he should have come to us with fleas and ear mites.   *When I called Rebecca regarding all the issues, she said her vet gave the puppy a clear bill of health!  I asked what vet she took him to and she could not tell me!  She said a friend took this litter to a vet in Louisville, KY and was not sure which vet!   We have now had our puppy for a little over a month and he still has diarrhea.  At his 13/14 week check up he still has parasites!!!  This is only a money maker for her! She does not care about her puppies/dogs!  I can only imagine what kind of shape my puppies mom is in if he had all these issues. read more

I have been wanting a cockapoo puppy for a long time and have taken my time doing research. Rebecca at Moonshine Babies Cockapoo threw up multiple red flags for me. I have noticed multiple new owners stating the pups they received from her had giardia, coccidia, and hookworms. One also developed Cherry Eye, requiring surgery. She claims that her litters were in Guardian homes, and that is how they were exposed to these conditions. This should not matter, Ultimately, these are her puppies, her responsibilities, and her job to sell healthy puppies. At one time, she was actually looking to TRADE one puppy for another, a cockapoo for an aussiedoodle. My opinion is that she is looking for another way to make money, without worrying about the health of the puppy. I also heard she put one of her puppies up to be raffled off. A responsible breeder usually wants to meet and screen potential buyers to ensure they are selling puppies to a good home. After all of my research, I decided to look elsewhere for our new family member. read more

My Daughter adopted a pup from Rebecca at Moonshine Babies, Our family would NOT recommend adopting from her . Besides being very rude, there were multiple lies. Facts: 1. puppy arrived one month later than we were promised, with a variety of excuses as to the reason 2. Breeder attempted to have me send an extra $175 for extra airfare after we had paid for everything up front. 3. Puppy was absolutely filthy when she arrived on the plane. 4 She was underweight and diagnosed with Giardia after we received her but the breeder told us she was healthy 5. We were told she would be approximately 20 pounds, she is almost 9 months old and is over 30 pounds. 6. According to the Humane society of the united states there have been other reports. they stated "There are a number of red flags about this seller" Please do research prior to adopting from from this breeder. read more

I recently had the opportunity to work with Rebecca and Anjelica to adopt a 2+ year old cockapoo that was being re-homed. After a LOT of research and time, their "Rusty" found ME! Moonshine Cockapoos and I, together, overcame some obstacles that were not of our doing (theirs or mine). They turned my journey to Rusty into a "can do", "will do"...no matter what...because THEY were determined to make our connection work. They updated me almost every day, reassured me, and finally delivered my new best friend to a location and on time according to MY needs...not theirs. Rusty made it to me in Louisiana before Christmas! We are doing great. He is healthy, fun, obedient and perfect for me snd my family. I would do it all over again with THESE folks. I want to start out by saying Becca is a wonderful knowledgeable caring breeder and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect pup to fill the void left by our dog that had passed away. We are on a limited income so she donated the puppy to us and even started the emotional support training he needed to be certified to help me with my PSTD.. he of course had additional training but Dax had the very best start and our trainer raved about the training he had received. We took him to the vet the next day which was covered by the insurance that was provided and Dax received a clean bill of health. I had my previous dog since I was 16 in had her for 9 years she grew to be like my daughter when problems occur. I had to put her down so she wouldn't suffer and I fell into a depression until I came across the Moonshine babies and found my precious Cocker Spaniel Jenny she's more than just an old she is so it's therapeutic and she refuses to leave my side she's one of the most loving and spoiled rotten girls I could ever have and a major daddy's girl I have no complaints in she was worth every penny and will definitely continue going to the Moonshine babies read more

Horrible experience Puppy arrived to me a month late after multiple excuses Puppy was filthy and my vet diagnosed her with giardia after Rebecca said she had a "clean bill of health" I was told puppy would be 15-20 pounds. She is almost 8 months old and is almost 30 pounds. Found out multiple people have received pups that were underweight, had giardia, coccidia, hookworm and cherry eye. My family and I had thought about adopting a puppy from Moonshine babies and cockapoos. In doing research, we found that Rebecca is not a licensed breeder, she is not recommended by the American Cockapoo Club.
