I called their service (as directed) and left a message. Dr. Charlie called me back and was on another call at the time but he said I was next and he would be to our farm in about an hour. Perfect. Dr. Charlie arrived. Had a big smile and a warm, kind demeanor. He had been working for about 15 hours at that point. He conducted an exam. Did IV meds. Bandaged foot. Gave me all post visit instructions/meds. All with a smile and professionalism. He left my farm at 9:30 p.m. These are awesome vets. Smart. Kind and very compassionate.
