Baths are not her favorite, and she's suuuuper scared of the dryer. I had called around looking for a place to get her bathed, no one was really willing to work with me or seemed to understand about my dogs nervousness until I talked to Jen at Spaw! She's so sweet and friendly. Coaxed Minka the whole time. Didn't get frustrated when Minka got afraid and would try to jump or cry. Fortunately she's getting quite use to her baths and her fears have lessened and I know it's attributed to Jen being so caring, sweet, and patient with my dog. Highly recommend. Their staff is nice and friendly. They do a great thorough job. Minka always smells great and feels good after! She even gets a cute little bandana to top it all off! Parking out front on the street or a small lot across. Cash only. Definitely worth driving to Harrison!

My girl is very timid and calm, so I find it appalling that every time I pick her up she has cuts, razor burns, and nails clipped until they are bleeding. I took her for her usual monthly grooming just a few days ago and when I went to pick her up she looked nothing like the pup I dropped off for a "light trim" and her ear was dripping blood, they're explanation, "she must have scratched herself." I will be finding a new groomer, for the price I pay, this is unacceptable!
