I've been able to put up with their terrible communication and weird hours because they usually do such an amazing job with my Aussie. I only take him 1-2 times a year for a little trim and clean up. I always specify no shaving because he has a double coat, and it has never been a problem in the past. But this time I showed up to a completely different dog. His entire coat had been completely shaved off. Now I'll be working on it for the next several months and praying it grows back normal. They were literally told not to shave him, and it's not like we're new customers. Will not be returning here.

I'd like to add that "Ruffin' It" a similar Doggie Day Care,/boarding/grooming facility in the same geographical area appears to be less expensive and also has a customer friendly policy where cancellations are accepted up to 11:59 PM the night before the pet is scheduled to arrive. At 4.5 stars they also have a higher rating than Allie's. I will be looking into Ruffin' It as a better alternative to Allie's.

While never having used their daycare or boarding services, from what we can tell, they do a great job at that too. The dogs in daycare always seem very happy and well behaved. They have the opportunity to stay inside or go outside when the weather is nice. The facility they have is very nice on the inside and right off of 71/75. They keep the place spotless and well maintained at all times. If you are looking for proof of this, just check out their Facebook page that they actively use to upload pictures of dogs at their facility. If you're looking for somewhere to board, train, or groom your dogs, look no further. Their service is undoubtedly the best in Greater Cincinnati!

My boyfriend called to schedule the appointment for 3/18/25 but when he called to confirm the appointment on the same day but hours earlier than the appointment, he was told that there was no appointment and that Gina had no idea what he was talking about, she claimed to not even remember my dog or have his name on their records. She said they switched from a computer system to whatever they have now, which would be fine if they transferred over all the information correctly. She did offer to rebook us for this past Saturday but when we called on Thursday and Friday to confirm the booking, she wouldn't even answer the phone. For two days. Friday, we called and scheduled an appointment with another groomer because we're tired of getting the run around from this lady, and needless to say but we didn't come in for our appointment on Saturday because of her lack of response and her failure to call us to confirm our appointment as well. We received no phone call, no text and no email asking us to confirm but we wanted to call to make sure nothing happened with both our appointments. Our dog is 2 years old but we've had him since last July and the previous owners had gotten him groomed before coming to us so we're still figuring out the ropes with how long to plan out his grooming appointments but for us, this company and groomer just made everything more difficult than it should've been.

When we dropped him off was told to pick him up by 6 or there will be a 70 dollar boarding fee for the night. A very extremely rude lady call at 4:20 demanding to come that min and unfortunately we only have one car and considering we were told we had till 6. Then call me and my husband a liar saying he wasnt utd on shots. The call his vet and the vet was busy but tried to call them back but they wasn't answering there phone to let them know he was utd. Didn't cut his nails and charged an extra 40 dollars then originally told it would. Owner called cussing by 4:45 and hanging up on us. Horrible communication. Of her exact breed and genetic percentages, I am not certain, but I am certain that she is 100% love. Her name is Tashi, which means "Good Fortune" in a Buddhist dialect of Japanese, and she came into my life at the perfect time. So of course I baby her and do my best to love her the way she loves me. That being said, I definitely needed ti take her to a great Groomer I knew about Ruff Cuts because it's about a mile from my house and I pass it whenever I do my massive hill jog up Bridgetown road. When I called to make an appointment, they were booked about 5 weeks out, which alone told me that they must be running a good operation. Upon learning this information, I went ahead and made the grooming appointment (which is coming up soon) So obviously I didn't want to take her to many of the other Grooming facilities I've seen.
