She is very reasonable and does a much better job than the other places. She also uses really really nice organic (or special? Don't remember..) shampoo that doesn't make Georgie itch. We had shampoo from the vet and it seems to make him itchy. It's just $35 for his full bath, haircut, nail trim and file, full dry and style. And he always gets a little tie which is a sweet touch. Georgie is a bit dramatic and always poops in her dryer, but she never gets upset and he didn't even bark this time, so I think he's trying to tell me it's the best place... you know, if he could talk! This was our first experience in needing to have our Australian Labradoodle puppy cut. We had her washed, dried, cut, and nail clipped. Firstly - they did a phenomenal job. Secondly - the services didn't cost me a fortune. Our 13lb puppy got the wash, dry, cut and nail clip for just around $60, before tip. Check their website or call for all their services. They have a wide selection of the basics, scented options and even nail polish. Would I go back? Without question, this is our dog groomer! It was a happy accident but I must commend the competitor who couldn't fit our needs, spoke highly of BB&B and recommended their services.

I used their self wash service today for my dog. Each station was spacious and gated which made me…read morefeel secure if it were ever busy. It's set up like a coin laundromat where you can post for coins up front which equates to 5$ per coin. That coin will give you 7 minutes at their station to use their washing or drying facilities. The coin slot gives you the option to rinse, shampoo, conditioner, dry, flea and tic treatment, disinfect the wash station or turn it off. You cannot pause the timer. I was able to wash and mostly dry my dog in 14 minutes (she didn't like the dryer but it was powerful). My only tip would be to bring your own towels as they charge 1$ per towel. A great suggestion would be to have coat hangers and baskets in the wash station to put your purse in as you wash your pet. I had to swing my coat over divider and place my purse on the floor. They do offer other grooming services such as nail trim and anal glands at around 10$ at the time of this review.

I am such a weird pet owner, and I am very uncomfortable leaving him with just anyone. He is a small pup, and pretty skittish if he's around loud people or children. So, as you can imagine, I'm pretty picky. I called around to a few places who were all booked up, and Gala could get me in the fastest. There is a location that is closer to my home so I hesitated at first. They couldn't get him in so I took a shot with Gala, and I'm so very glad that I did. I walked in hesitantly at first, and all the ladies working there ooh'ed and ahh'ed over my little pupper. Galena walked right up to him and she made him feel right at ease. He had a hematoma in one of his ears before I had gotten him, and she noticed it right away. She brought it up, and I was very impressed. She is the first groomer to ever mention it or ask me about it. She knows her stuff. My appointment was for 1:00 and she told me that they were pretty busy so I could expect him to be done around 5:30 or so. I wasn't sure what to expect so I was a bit nervous. I swear I'm as bad as someone leaving their child in day care for the first time.. haha. I ran some errands and got back there before time because I couldn't wait any longer. He was ready, and she smiled when she saw me. She brought him out to me, and he was totally transformed. Oh my Gosh, he looks so freakin adorable and he smells AMAZING!!! She pampered my pup right up. She told me that he was accustomed to being groomed and had most likely been groomed before I had adopted him too. I seriously am impressed and I will recommend her to anyone with a pooch or furball kitty. Wow! The only thing I wish I had known prior, is that you cannot add a tip if you pay by credit card, so BRING CASH! I will definitely be a regular at Gala's, and I'm sure my pretty little pup won't mind a bit!
