They always stay in the same 2 dog suite since they have been together every day since they were born and we aren't sure how they would react to being separated. They really like staying here and get really keyed up when they realize they are "going to camp" as we call it. We call once or twice while we are gone just to make sure everything is going well. Plus they are really well behaved for several days after they get home and rest a lot. The staff love them and enjoy playing with them. The staff's caring attitude really shows through. They often get a bath on their last day which gives them a clue that they are coming home. We can highly recommend WCPR and often do.

They made it that hard heart breaking day as easy as it could be. They sent us a thoughtful card and wild flowers to plant as a remembrance. the only thing i don't like about this place is since covid you can't come in with your pet. When it's saying goodbye to your pet visit of course they let you come in. They have you come in the side door.

Back when we could go in to the building, the place was always tidy, the rooms were painted welcoming colors and the staff was always friendly to our pet, and us and that's how it should be. They are here to help them deal with whatever and explain to us what might be going on. Commend them on this. Now we pull in, if they don't come out immediately, we just call the number, give them our dogs name and the spot # we are parked at. It's a little odd but it is what it is. Hopefully this virus thing will be over soon and we can get back to normal.

Go Fetch has been invaluable for our family and for Ace…read more We have an energetic young Husky, Ace, and Go Fetch has honestly been instrumental in making life work for him and for us. Ace goes to daycare a few days a week and has also boarded there for several days at a time when we need to travel, and the experience has been consistently positive. A little background for context: Ace was rescued by my son while he was in college, but college life simply wasn't a good fit for a Husky... not good for Ace or my son. About a month later, at my son's request, Ace came to live with us at home. Finding the right environment for a high‑energy, social dog like a Husky was critical, and Go Fetch has been exactly what we needed. The hours alone are a huge help. Early drop‑offs and late pick‑ups (up to 7 PM when needed) make a real difference, especially with a busy or unpredictable schedule. The staff I've interacted with genuinely seem to enjoy and care about the dogs, and it's clear to me that a strong team has been put together here. One of the biggest things I appreciate is the ability to check in via the webcams. I regularly see staff interacting positively with the dogs... giving attention, keeping an eye on things, and clearly caring. The dogs all seem happy and comfortable together, like one big pack of friends... some playing hard, some resting, but all interacting in a healthy, positive way. I also love the setup: dogs have free access to roam both indoors and outdoors throughout the day, which seems like an ideal situation for social, active dogs. Ace absolutely loves it. In fact, he tries to jump in the car every day because he wants to go. He's excited when we arrive, comes home completely exhausted, and is relaxed and content afterward... exactly what you hope for. We've only been going for a few months, so I can't speak to everything that may have happened in the distant past, but some of the negative reviews I've read feel very disconnected from what we have experienced so far. That disconnect is honestly my main motivation for writing this review... to share our perspective and genuine appreciation. Go Fetch has been a huge positive for us and for Ace. We are very satisfied, very happy we found them, and it's obvious Ace feels the same. Thank you to the staff and ownership for what you do... you've made a real difference for our dog and our family.

They did a great job making my 13 yr old kitty, who prefers to be groomed at home, feel safe and as calm as possible. Finished a full hour ahead of schedule and gave me a recommend for a good groomer in the city I'll be relocating to. I was hit by sticker shock at the price for a shave down, but my baby had terrible matts because she's been traumatized by multiple moves in past 3 months and had stopped grooming. Her skin is in perfect condition despite how tightly matted to the skin her fur was, so I accept the moderately high price for a job well done. Misjka feels so much better now and is back to loving being vigorously pet, which she started to dislike due to the discomfort from the matts. Plum Street Pet Clinic strongly recommended Kayla's, and they are a 5-star reviewed veterinarian that caters mostly to cats so I felt she was in good hands. Our fur babies are so important to us, so we need to be sure they are being well cared for when we entrust them to a care giver. When picking up, I saw a white dog being groomed. He/she had a bright teal tail. So funky, fun and cool! They take pride in their work! Thanks for a great first experience!
