I asked for a Teddy Bear cut and now he is hacked. When I first brought him home four years ago, I did not know better and sent him to Pet Smart who did a much better job than this place. I called and spoke with an assistant manager and then the manager who offered to even out his coat (the assistant manager admitted the groomer was new). NOPE! I paid extra $10 to have his teeth brushed - check out the picture. I was able to scrape off the plaque with my fingernail! The pictures tell the truth - she even shaved the top of his tail! The final picture is from one week before this botch job! It was at our 3rd Scent Work Trial Where he won four first places, a second and a third! Thank goodness our season is over until spring.
