I notified him was heading to the wrong location and called for him to head to the Loveland Madiera location. I called them to let the know he was on his way. The staff was very welcoming and answered all of our questions prior to arriving. When we got there I felt prepared and not overwhelmed, even though my dogs were SO excited and just trying to run through the doors to play with the other dogs. The gentleman asked some clarifying questions about the dogs and what they enjoy or don't enjoy. I found this to ease my comfort in where I was leaving my dogs. It showed they wanted to give my pups personal attention even though I'm sure there were many other dogs at day care. The final touch, a report card for BOTH dogs at the end of the day. What was better is that they clearly took time with my dogs because the report was spot on to their behaviors and how we see them interact at home. I really loved receiving this so thank you Red Dog! Although we don't live in the Mason area we plan to use the Oakley facilities in the future and hope to have the same experience there! Thanks for rebuilding my trust into what daycare can be!
