Pawpin' Pawz Luxury Mobile Grooming absolutely crushed it…read more I've got an older yorkie poo, so I'm picky. Not every groomer gets it right, and I don't trust just anyone to handle him with care. They showed up on time, were super calm and patient, and you could tell right away they knew exactly what they were doing. The cut? Spot on. Nails? Cleanly trimmed back, not rushed, not uneven. Face, tail, body... all perfectly shaped and blended. Coat is soft, clean, and smells great without being overpowering. He looks comfortable. Not stressed, not nicked up, not rushed through the process. Just... right. You can tell when a groomer takes their time vs just pushing dogs through, and this was defintely the former. Honestly, it came out better than I expected. Everything was dialed in. It's one of those "yep, this is our groomer now" moments. And all from the comfort of our home. Couldn't be happier. 10/10 job.

This place stinks…read more We took our 1 year old Bernadoodle here in the morning for a haircut. They checked him over during drop off when we went in and I told them I'd pick him up between 4-4:30. They said he would need a shave since he had several knots in his hair. I wasn't happy about that but understood as sometimes we are not great about brushing him. Every time I have gone in here (and our previous dog) they always give me a hard time, rude, and shame me saying he needs to be trimmed every 6-8 weeks (my wife doesn't even get her hair done that often!) I understand that some families due that but with haircuts over $100 a pop I find that to be excessive. After dropping him off about 20 minutes later I get a call stating that we can't cut him and needs sedated by a vet to cut his hair with a special tool. She also stated that I needed to pick him up within the hour. I then had to leave work and when I picked him up he was half shaven and can be seen in the photos. So not only would they not keep him for the day and cause me to miss work, they left the job unfinished. I then took him to Pet Smart and they trimmed him up no problem! See photo! The girl was very nice and called me two times to give me updates! I will not be supporting this local business in the future.

My Maltese mix has bender had a problem getting groomed. I take him in on a Saturday and they said…read morethey needed to hold him for 4 hours. I com back they didn't cut him the way I wanted and he smelled. My dog doesn't smell after a bath. Also I noticed none of the groomers friendly with the dogs they were grooming. From the time I entered the building the dogs that were in the other room would not stop barking at all. When I asked if anything had happened the owner said no. When I picked him up he was acting very nervous. I asked the owner again and she said no. When I mentioned to her that she he was groomed in a way that I didn't want him to and that he smelled. She dismissed me and said I was imagining things. I didn't leave a tip and she gave me a nasty attitude. The worst part was his behavior after coming home. He was skittish and very jump about loud noises when that was not the case before. He was eating and drinking less and exhibiting other self soothing behaviors that dogs have. After a week he was fine. Something definitely happened while he was there and the owner didn't care at all. I've never experienced anything like this at another groomer. It's been a couple of months but to this day my dog refuses to let anyone groom him and we never had a problem before. The owner needs to shut the place down and stop serving dogs if she doesn't care about them.

My girl is very timid and calm, so I find it appalling that every time I pick her up she has cuts, razor burns, and nails clipped until they are bleeding.
