Staff was friendly and selections were really great looking throughout. Location is a little buried in the shopping center so that was a bummer. But, parking was ample around the retailer. At this particular location, it is so smart that that they have activities to keep little ones busy built into the register area. It is so much easier to pay when children are otherwise busy. Well stocked, especially on Black Friday. They were also the second cleanest store we visited that day. First place went to their sister store Oshkosh. These two stores seem to be being well managed. They were clearly prepared for the holiday shopping rush. Points may be earned through their rewards program. The program is good at Carter's, Oshkosh and Skip Hop. One point is earned for every dollar spent.

Old Navy is conveniently located in the mall just across the street. I was in need of several pair of new pants specifically corduroy pants. Upon entering I walked to the rear of the store to get to the men's department. Back in the right corner was a clearance rack with pants on it. Corduroy pants! Behind that was the changing room. Also they actually had my size in several colors. I found and tried on a black and a gray pair. They fit which was great news! While in the back of the store I spoke to a friendly and helpful employee. He kept track of my pending purchase as I went to the men's bathroom. The sign said you can not take clothes in there. When I was ready to leave the same employee directed me to the moveable checkout counter on a rolling cart near the front of the store. I got 2 pair of pants for less than $12 each. In less than 2 minutes l was walking out to the mall again feeling very satisfied! If you find yourself at the mall at Liberty Center check out this store. I saw what appeared to be some cute tanks in the window at DOTS so I stopped in Here's what I like about the store: 1. Cheap prices 2. Trendy items 3. Friendly staff Here's what I don't like about the store: 1. Not very organized 2. Cheaply made clothing To be honest, DOTS is a lot like Forever 21, you can find some cute items if you spend hours scouring the racks...but don't expect those items to last past one or two wears. If you're looking for cheap and trendy clothes that don't need to stand the test of time, I'd recommend DOTS. I did walk away with one uniquely cut black tank top for $12, so you can find some good items in the store! Another note: DOTS features a pretty decently sized Plus size section, something that Forever 21 and other "trendy" stores do not. Points for them!

Depending on what you get, it could be really cheap or just really expensive. But when the sales come, oh boy they are good deals like today 6/24 flip flops for only $1!!! I got a lot for my friends and family. Only one pair for me aha I just love the white pair. My favorite color to be honest! They had solid colored shorts for $8, patterned shorts for $15, but I was really only eyeing on this $3 white halter shirt. Also, I got some really stylish orange brown pants to go with it. Overall, I enjoy the awesome sales!!! Customer service was okay. I felt that one particular employee was giving me a nasty attitude while asking for some assistance.

Not sure why my shopping habits are like this for this store..but they are. They often run really good sales and their clearance area has some really good deals too. Their regular priced merchandise can be a bit pricey for what you get. Overall the clothing here is pretty well put together and durable. I still wear sweaters I bought from Old Navy, no joke, 15 to 20 years ago. The stuff lasts for the most part..tho they're really kind of "in the moment" fashion-wise so a lot of their older stuff become outdated pretty quickly. This location has always been alright. They have kept it pretty clean and organized overall. The staff is usually nice and helpful..not always but usually. This past weekend was their annual $1 flip-flop sale and the place was kinda crazy. Things were still kept pretty organized overall tho, and the staff did a good job of keeping the line at the registers moving.
