I made an appointment for a insole and shoe fitting. When i got there no one was at the register or front of the store. But a few customers were there being serviced. Personally i couldn't tell who was a customer or employee and no one greeted me. No "welcome" or "I'll be right with you". I waited a few minutes and after receiving no help i just left. I honestly will not be coming back. But hopefully they can work on being more welcoming in the future to all types of customers. Especially when expecting an appointment. read more

I was super impressed with the customer experience at Fleet Feet. I did a fitting, and while the wait was a bit long, it was worth it. It was a Saturday afternoon so I understand why they were busy. The employee did a scan of my feet and also had me walk on a sensor device. They were very knowledgeable and told me good reasons for why I was experiencing some outter foot pain. They had me try on some shoes and made great recommendations. They had a show I liked but not in a color way I wanted. They called another store and made sure they had them. This was the best shoe buying experience ever! They had three associates and I was able to get waited on quickly. They put my feet on a computerized pad and scanned them in about 10 sec. From there they had all the data to recommend four different options. Once I had it narrowed down they gave me four color options in my size! I picked one out and bought the socks they gave me to try them on. All in all they had eight boxes out and spent 30 min with me to get the perfect shoe. Totally worth it and I feel like the shoes are a good fit for my specific foot. I'll be back. read more

I just want to buy a pair of running shoes!! I stopped by the store on Memorial Day weekend, it was a little later in the day. I knocked on the door, someone answered and stated they were closed early because of Memorial day. ok, got it! No big deal. About a week later I called the store on a Saturday and asked what time they closed. They stated they closed at 8pm. Well, guess what...they close at 6 and I showed up at 6:30. Once again no big deal but at this point I am getting frustrated and wish someone would reimburse me for the gas I was using to drive over there. The next day, Sunday they were actually open, walked in the store and was confronted with someone who asked me if I had a mask. I stated "No, I do not have one" thinking they would just give me a mask. The store worker stated I could not be in the store without one. I just wanted to buy a pair of Brooks but I guess they do not want to sell me a pair. Given all the gas money, time and hassle I should at least get a discount on a pair. Definitely frustrated! The worse part is I always refer people to them, not any more! I'll order my shoes directly from Brooks for now on. read more

On my recent trip to Fleet Feet, I went to pick up a race packet for my half marathon. I had never been to this location, and was expecting it to be similar to the location I frequent in Blue Ash. My expectations were met! The store had a great variety of merchandise that is consistent with the Blue Ash location. Additionally, the store was clean, well kept, and the workers were very attentive and helpful! This was my first time getting fit for a pair of shoes and didn't know what to expect, but I was walked through the process step by step and it was great! Their technology is really awesome, I spent about 45+ minutes with a staff member finding the perfect pair. They have the replacement for the patented mechanical device that measure your foot by length and width. Instead they use the wireless equivalent of sonar/radar emanating from the four corners of what might as well be a Wii balance board, albeit square. You stand still in the middle for thirty seconds to scanned, then get shown a digital 'ghostly' image of your feet on the sales person's tablet. More important than just being shown what your feet look like, and be prepared to realize just how ugly they really look, not that their staff will say a word, no sweat there, what's important is sales staff know how how to match the characteristics of your feet with varying types of their shoes. I could do walking or cross-trainer, and their persuasion on style of shoe for my arches was revolutionary for my feet. Comfort especially, this will probably allow me to get serious about running in them, when I've worn gel heel cups for years and thought jogging with a brief sprint was my limit. I would especially recommend the one person at this store who used to work at the competition on the East Side. But I also especially wanted to review Fleet Feet and this specific franchise, as it's an example of where I'm a lenient reviewer, and don't have a sixth star available. One downside though, their available space appears to be a relative shoebox compared to their nearby Blue Ash location, so heading North on I-71 instead should yield the same prices and wider selection, check their Yelp reviews for whether Blue Ash the teleportation shoe sizing thing though. In my case I usually buy all-white shoes with an N, but this time left with all-black shoes with a swoop, same difference. read more

Great customer service! The employee that assisted me eas very friendly and helpful. She picked out shoes based on the measurements of my feet as well as the way that I walk. I was really happy with the shoes that I tried on, and I ended up buying a pair. The shoes were quite a bit more expensive than they are in a chain shoe store, but it is worth it to get fitted every now and then (to make sure that you are still in a shoe that fits your needs). I had another great experience today! The service here is so much better than a department store. My shoes cost a bit more, but I left knowing that I had a great pair of shoes. read more

I was long overdue in buying new running shoes and swung by Fleet Feet. Matt was very helpful and got my foot scanned with this cool system called Volumental. All you have to do is stand on a platform for a few seconds and the program measures your left and right foot size, ball width, arch height, instep height, heel width, ball girth instep girth and ball width. Super cool information which Matt was kind enough to send to my email. Matt was really knowledgeable and was able to give me recommendations. I had been running in Saucony for years, but after comparing the feel of the Saucony and the Mizunos he picked out, I decided to try a new brand and go with the Mizunos. They feel amazing and I'm super excited to go running tomorrow. They have a cool in-store discount if you buy $150 worth of merchandise, you will get a $15 credit. So whatever you buy within 6 months will be included, which is pretty cool. Maybe I'll go back and get their ultra comfy socks or one of their in-soles. I really enjoyed my experience in the store. I highly recommend it for any one who is looking for a new pair of running shoes. The shoes are a bit of an investment (usually more than $100), but they could potentially save you from getting injured later on. read more

Thank goodness for Fleet Feet! I honestly don't even know what I'd do if Frank and Stacey didn't open this location in Oakley (okay, yes I do... I'd drive to the one in Blue Ash). They've got a great selection of products and a knowledgeable (non-snooty) staff, plus they are the brains behind the Tin Roof Runnin' Crew (find the group on Facebook and you'll be glad you did). I recently got involved in their marathon training groups, and already don't know why it's taken me so long to join -- between the friends I've already made, running/injury prevention tips, and store discounts. Nice store that serves an area full of runners and athletically minded people. The staff are friendly and the prices are typical for shoes and accessories. And a side note: the cost of a shoe does not necessarily reflect its awesomeness. Use what feels good, be it a $40 or $200 shoe. Test them out by running around the store or parking lot. If you have old shoes, bring them to the store as they have a recycle program. How cool! I recently dropped off about half a dozen that would have otherwise ended up at Rumpke. The parking lot can be rather crowded on the weekends so plan accordingly. Also, if you use Google Maps on your phone, it might not navigate you to the correct area. read more

I had some leg issues and found Fleet Feet on the web. Stopped in as my Brooks shoes just didn't fit right. I think his name was John and he was amazing!! Did the digital scan on my feet, checked my gait and then brought out like 6 pairs of shoes and kept working with me till I found the right pair. He explained the structure of my feet to me, which types of shoes and insoles are best for my feet, when to get new shoes, which shoes to wear on certain terrains, how to adapt training to different races, and so on. Cincinnati has a number of stores where running shoes and related accessories can be purchased. Why not do yourself a favor and simply start at the Fleet Feet store in Oakley? I went there today fairly certain that I wanted the updated version of my current shoe. Andrew confirmed that that would likely be a good choice but not before I tried on the newest model while discussing shoe fit, design updates and wear patterns typically seen in the shoes of overpronators. His patience was welcomed and his knowledge impressive. Shoe selection was likewise extensive. I can't imagine anyone not finding the ideal shoe for their specific need. At Fleet Feet, pricing is reasonable, customer service and satisfaction is a priority, and each of these five stars is well-deserved! read more

Came in here today last minute to grab some new shoes and the service was great. They fit you for shoes one on one with one of their staff who are experienced runners. They take your shoes and socks off, watch how you walk, size several different shoes, along with socks and inserts. They do the whole deal! They ask you questions about any pain you have had or what you want to accomplish. They really know their stuff. I have never been a "runner" by definition. I was an athlete, I lifted weights, I always scoffed at those group runners who I could hear at all hours of the morning running past my apartment. But then I challenged myself with the Flying Pig and was encouraged by a friend to join Fleet Feets training program. Within just a few weeks a past time that used to intimidate me has become my passion. Running allowed me to challenge my body, feel strong again, all while surrounded by the most supportive and generous group of people I've ever met. I realized that pushing your body requires care and concern for the muscles and bones that work the hardest and so I purchased new shoes and some gear from an incredibly kind, understanding, and intelligent salesperson and I am SO happy with my purchase. This was my favorite part of back-to-school shopping this year. I took my son in for his new running shoes. Every trip is like your first: incredible attention to the runner's needs, nothing is assumed. This year after they measured his feet and watched him walk barefoot, he was asked about injuries in the past year. He told them about an injury and they explained how that happens as a result of switching between shoes and spikes; that led to a shift in the insert he uses in his shoes (which he can now also use in his spikes). I don't think I've seen the level of detailed service they provide anyplace else. Shoes are expensive but getting them at Fleet Feet makes me feel like I'm really getting my money's worth. read more
