He has helped to select the right clubs for my wife and me on a number of occasions, and the fitting process is outstanding. Ben is also knowledgeable and helpful. They handle all my golf needs. An example of many was recently needed replacement spikes. They said the supplier was having issues and had not delivered their order and it would be a week. I came back a week later and they still had not received the spikes from the supplier. The owner, Jason overheard the conversation and asked me to wait a minute. A few minutes later he came back with enough loose spikes to handle my shoes. He put them in and did not charge me. That's the customer service I always get from this store.

Instead, she took almost an hour out of her day to ensure my daughter received the perfect cleats for her feet. My dad used to take me there as a kid in the 90's, and I will gladly continue to drive past the big box store to get to Soccer Village precisely because you will never find this level of care and product knowledge anywhere else. Thank you and keep up the great work!

This review is for the gunsmith that works here on Saturdays…read more I brought him an old Belgian Browning A5 and a pre-64 Winchester 32 Special that were bought at an estate sale. The A5 has a butt-ugly dial-a-choke and wouldn't cycle a target load. I really want that choke gone but he explained, in great detail, why that was a bad idea. He also reset the aforementioned butt-ugly choke, replaced a very worn spring, cleaned up the carbon, and provided some instructions for this antique. The Winchester was missing a few small machine screws on the receiver for some unknown reason and thankfully that's all the work it needed. Can't wait to run a few rounds through this thing at a coffee can or two. The owner and his father are certainly not there to make friends. But they are smart enough to employ a quality gunsmith with good interpersonal skills that will take the time needed to help a rookie like me.

A small sporting goods store (fishing & shooting guns/ archery only.) Afield does a good job of maximizing the space they have. A wider selection that Meijer or Walmart. New store hours! One of the owners told me they are now semi retired. Afield is now open Wednesday-Friday, 11am-7pm. At first, I considered dropping a star. Only open 3 days a week??? After experiencing their exceptional customer service, and seeing their prices, I decided to keep the 5 star rating. If I need something on a day they are closed, there are a plethora of chain store to choose from. It's nice to support small business when I can. Prices vary. Many items I was looking at were priced lower than Meijer; even Walmart. Low overhead equals savings for their customers. Some items look a little dated, that doesn't mean they aren't perfectly good. At the time I went FFL transfers are $25.00. That seems reasonable, and they don't try to give you a guilt trip about purchasing the firearm elsewhere. They seem to have the attitude of, "a $25 sale is a $25 sale." As another reviewer's tip says, it can be hard to find, and are located near the 275 bridge, behind an auto repair store. I have never noticed it before reading the other persons tip, so I figured it bears repeating.

I literally jumped off both feet when I saw where we were heading. Bring on the soft, buttery, feels like your naked leggings. I was here for it! I had previously bought a pair quickly awhile back and I got one that was too big (I would size down in leggings!) and had been talking about getting a pair that fit better. The staff here define the definition of customer service. They helped me choose what I was looking for, took my items to the fitting room and had it marked with my name. Talk about going out of the way for the customer and spicing it up with some personalization! I think it's common that we all just naturally love to see our name, am I wrong? I went and was greeted with the sweet fitting room assignee. She was great and checked in with me multiple times (and others) while fitting my clothes. I asked about the notorious belt bags and she snagged me one in black! I was shining as bright as some of the colors the store offers in items. I was beyond excited and did a little happy dance on the way to checkout. What a fun surprise - send this review to your significant other as a " subtle hint" .. you're welcome!

Unfortunately, the service didn't match the brand experience I've come to expect. During my visit, there were very few shoppers in the store, while several employees were gathered at the front. I wasn't greeted when I entered, no one checked in to see if I needed assistance, and I wasn't offered help with a fitting room or sizing. I also noticed that many merchandise displays looked picked over, and there was visible dirt and debris on the floors. With the store being relatively quiet and multiple team members available, I expected more attention to both customer engagement and overall presentation. I know lululemon is known for exceptional hospitality and creating an elevated shopping experience, which is why this visit was disappointing. The store has great potential, and I hope future visits better reflect the level of service and attention to detail that the brand is known for.
