Based on an in person visit to Rally House VoA, and their "Customer Service", I can safely say…read morenever place an order with this company, and if you can stand the store, maybe purchase in store. First experience in Rally House, and walking in was...overwhelming to say the least. Bombastic bombardment of color and quantity of items, I don't have sensory issues, but if you do, don't shop here! It was difficult to peruse the flimsy racks, items were constantly falling off. Seeked out assistance, and the employee acted as if I berated him and like he was hiding and didn't want to be found. Wasn't particularly helpful, especially when he gave me a "free shipping code" (since the item I sought was not in store) and the code didn't work. Originally, I offered to return to the store to place the order, since most stores give you free shipping if you order in store, but he just made up this code so he can go on his merry way. Cashier was awkward and made me slightly uncomfortable, even though I was friendly. I've worked retail before, so I always make the most effort to be understanding and kind. Fast forward a couple days, I ended up placing an order online. Cue several days later, and neither hide nor hair of a confirmation email, or tracking...yet the charged my card. Since their site does not provide an email, reached out to Customer Service via their Chat bubble. 20 minutes, no response from a representative...tried texting using their provided number. It took 1 HOUR 17 MINUTES total for them to respond to me! Having worked as a rep in a corporate office, I know my managers/bosses would never except that..wtf is going on over there?! They weren't even nice to deal with via text. TLDR: All in all, Rally House carries a plethora of sports items, but many are of poor quality and both the in store and online experience are NOT worth your time or hard-earned dollar.
