I went to the Blue ash target this morning to look for the Owala Diet Coke. The app said limited availability. There were none in the section where the bottles were supposed to be. I went to customer service and Tyler went and checked the return merchandise cart and said unfortunately he could t find it. I went on shopping and he found me to give me the owala. He had found it. I was intrigued when we pulled into the Target in Blue Ash's parking lot. First because I had never been there and was shocked that there was a local Target that I hadn't been to yet. Second because the shape of the building and the way parking was set up was..different. I'd never seen the outside of a Target structured like that. The store was completely stand alone. There was parking in the front but not that much..there was additional parking on the side of the building. The front of the building had a weird "art deco" (you would maybe call it) look to it. I don't know..it was just different. I was intrigued to go inside..I had just been noticing how all Targets have like 2-3 designs..maybe this one would be different. We walked in and....it was set up exactly like the one in Liberty Township. Bummer. I was actually excited to see what a different looking Target would be like, but it was just like a lot of the rest. This Target was average. Pretty much the same stuff they stock at every other Target. The store was clean, the employees were decent. Just your average A-Ok kind of Target. read more

People are helpful. It seems that the sale items do not ring up properly when scanned. But overall they correct the situation.

Went into this store today, and it was a complete disaster. Looked like a bomb had gone off. Shelves were mostly empty and I didn't get most of the things on my list because the items that were actually left were completely out of place and disorganized. Every employee I saw was *VERY SLOWLY* working on assembling pickup orders rather than helping existing physical store customers, which tells me a lot about where their priorities are. I'll driver further next time to go to another Target. read more

My favorite Target. Small, but clean. Employees are always nice. Well-stocked. Curbside pickup is fast! Starbucks is a nice addition.

It took many years of planning and overcoming nearby residents' objections to finally get this Target built. And now that it's here, I am stoked. The store is very spacious on the inside, even more so than it appears from the outside. It has all the typical departments (clothing, electronics, pharmacy, kitchen, etc), including a pretty large selection of groceries. Apparently this is what Target calls a "PFresh" type store. While the prices on some items seemed comparable to Kroger, I think Kroger still has a slight advantage on overall grocery pricing. The store also has a "restaurant" section with a Pizza Hut Express, Starbucks, and other general food items. I think the biggest concern is the amount of traffic the new Target will bring. I visited on opening day, so kind of hard to say. Only time will tell. But ultimately I think everyone will benefit from the new Target. Everyone except for nearby Kmart that has a pretty bad reputation. Its days are no doubt numbered now that Target has arrived. read more

It goes without saying that Target stores are like Disney for adults - magical places where all of their dreams can come true. However, this particular Target has some extra magic to it.... Tucked behind the noise barriers of Ronald Reagan, this Target is a beautiful, hidden gem. Free from the hordes of shoppers usually found at the Waterstone or Oakley locations, the Deer Park Target is still unknown to many. Clean, organized aisles and friendly, available salespeople make this location one of the best. You can almost always find new product lines in stock, and you'll never have to worry about bumping carts in overcrowded aisles - because the store is essentially your oyster. On Saturday nights and Sunday mornings, the store seems to light up even more so with couples and families making a night or morning out of "targetting". Entering the doors, you almost feel like you're walking into a bright light (or maybe it's just the fluorescents). Smiles are contagious, and folks are in the best moods - so much so that I used to consider this place my church. It's the perfect place to find some peace and quiet, surrounded by beautiful, modern design and happy and polite people all while enjoying a delicious Starbucks beverage. If you're going to any other Target in Cincinnati, you're doing it wrong. read more

Most people have no idea that this Target even exists, which is what makes it such a gem. While it's still a basic Target with all the same inventory as other Targets, it's in such an obscure and hidden location that you can find almost anything in stock. This is really great when you've been to another store and perhaps they didn't have enough of an item or the size you were looking for. I always run over to this location and they have it. Every. Single. Time. It's amazing! The best part is that this is the very best location for hitting up the post-holiday clearance items. Same prices as the other stores, but double the inventory. Target seems to miss the point of ordering online for pick up. I have ordered 3 different times in the past two weeks 2 from Springdale and 1 from Blue Ash. Each time it took almost 25 minutes to get my item even though I had a message it was ready. This is because to pick up you have to stand in same line as customer service and refunds. This would be like calling an order into chipotle and having to stand in the long line to pick it up. Today I was particularly frustrated and asked for manager who was quite rude and said - "what do you expect on the day before Easter." I guess expecting customer service was asking too much. From here on out - if I am ordering online it's Amazon - no lines- no waiting - and no rude managers. read more

Ooo lala! A new Target... well... new to me... not sure when it got put in. It is HUGE. GREAT food section - I was hungry so I picked up two apples, a banana, and a 4 pack of yogurt - for 3 bucks! They have everything you need. I'm not so fond of the clothing selection they offer anymore though. Same thing with shoes. I think it's good for everything else though. The staff is really friendly and helpful... maybe that's just because we had my friend's baby with us. Everyone ooo's and awwwe's. Solid Target... less traffic than the one in Tri-County read more

It has a good location off the beaten path. They have the Haggar pants I like that is the only reason I shop here. Target is way better than Wal Mart that is for sure. read more

I was so happy when this Target opened. It is much more convenient for me than the one in Mason (the next closest). The lot is large with plenty of parking. Everything is clean and well-organized. Yes, the prices are higher than Walmart, but the shopping experience is worth it. I love to browse and see what's on sale. Love that they have a grocery section too! read more

There's Target (LOVE) and then there's THIS Target! This was originally planned to be a Super Target, but due to noise/traffic concerns from residents in what is generally a residential area, it was delayed and downsized to a regular Target store. However, they included a good, sizable food selection, including my first introduction to the fresh grocery Target is rolling out everywhere. The design of the store on the outside is beautifully modern (though a little awkward with the entrance being further away from Plainfield Rd.), spacious, bright and clean on the inside, and with a Starbucks and Pizza Hut cafe. Recently, my "home" Target in Springdale got an interior makeover, including the fresh grocery selection, but it's not quite like this Blue Ash store! read more

It's a beautiful target but the people in the Starbucks didn't seem to know what they were doing. I got a cheese Danish which tasted fine but I had to try and eat it with a spoon. My boyfriend got a caramel macchiato, his usual drink. We usually go to a different Starbucks and he loves his drink. Here, it wasn't the same consistency. It was watery almost. We even overheard another customer complaining about their beverage while we were eating. Speaking of, sitting in the dining area were more target employees then actual customers. The view from our table you could see the employees smoking out front of the store. Nothing awful happened while we were there but nothing to make me want to come back. read more

I was never really a target fan until this one opened up near my home. Love the ample parking. More than not I'm able to get in and out of the store very quickly. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. I would give 5 stars but their prices on some items could be a little better. read more

This is a beautiful store but I don't like how I was treated recently. Tylersville store gave me a 30% cartwheel discount even though I didn't have my phone on me. This Blue Ash was the closes location for a color I wanted. I drove straight there, when I mentioned the Cartwheel discount to the head cashier she looked at me as if I had 2 heads and stated she couldn't look up anything on her phone. I purchased full price, went home to get my phone and drive to the Tri-county store. They quickly calculated the discount and gave the difference to me in cash. read more

There are very experienced people in guest services who handle price match very professionally, but there are few times when i faced tough times with few people who are adamant to price match. They don't even try to help you out. People with such attitude should not be hired. Target is going to loose valuable customers by employing them in job. read more

I call this the "secret Target" because it's not on Google Maps or even Target.com's own store locator. Probably because it's new, but I still feel like I discovered something when I finally noticed the red bullseye on Plainfield the other day. This Target is clean, modern and well organized -- and it has a true grocery section! I work in Blue Ash, and this is definitely going to be a frequent lunch and after-work stop. I love target, but this location is terrible. The store seems mismanaged, untrained employees, products out of stock or in the wrong aisles. Also the biggest disappointment was the "Starbucks". It was filthy, the poor employees have no clue what they are doing. The area seemed more like the employee break rather than a place for customers. We even saw an employee spit into trash can. Also there was a pallet of product just sitting unattended in the middle of the floor, not to mention it was filthy! I'll be sticking to the Oakley location! read more
