Only 2 of 30 registers open.

I am partial to shopping at Meijer over Walmart or Target. This location has a garden center that is well stocked during the Spring and Summer months. There is a large selection of dry goods in the grocery section. The selection in the dairy area is not bad either. Custome service is okay. Finding employees to help can be very hit or miss. Those who have helped me have been pleasant enough. With thirty register lanes, it is extremely noticeable that only two ever seem to be open. That and the self checkout is open.

    Decent Halloween selections.

I inquired about a cologne that showed it being on sale on my device however in store it rang up as original price. The fine print on my device stated OR for purchases in store OR online. She was nasty with her tone and also lacked willingness to help. I waited for 20 mins before her manager Felisha, happened to walk by and without hesitation assisted me with a resolution. She went above and beyond and I felt much better that we had a resolution HOWEVER Mrs. Long nails LaRhonda with the bad attitude engaged another associate his name begins with "D" (I will update this review with his name at a later time) a tall, light skinned young man who immediately agreed with her without verifying that the item was not available at this location. The individuals lacked professionalism, both LaRhonda and D lied to my face and what's sad is that they was more concerned with getting everyone out before closing. I walked in at 711pm, the store closes at 8. You don't need to be in customer service if you have an attitude when assisting a customer. LaRhonda needs proper training on customer service. Horrible interaction with her nasty attitude. She needs to be in the back unboxing merchandise and away from customers. Thankfully Felisha stepped in at the right time.

We bought 6 shirts for about $75 and he loves everyone of them. Some with pockets, which he loves, some without. All brand name expensive shirts. It's started off bad when we tried to enter from the mall, where we had been looking around. We had to leave the building, walk around to the door outside and then go back the way we came in order to get back to our car. It looks completely closed from inside the mall. If you didn't know better you'd think that this was another shuttered store in this declining mall. The lighting is so low that it almost looks closed when you walk in. It's way too low! When looking for clothing who wants lighting as low as a dark bar? And it's like that in the dressing room too. The air conditioning was nearly non existent. I was sweating within a few minutes. Everyone around us was complaining about the temperature of the store. It was unbearable! Because of the temperature in the store and the very low lighting I had to leave. My daughter and I just couldn't take it anymore. And it was only in the low 70s outside. It's as if they don't want shoppers in there. Most of the racks are very close together. Some so close that you cannot navigate them at all. I'm not a large person and yet I couldn't look at some of the racks of blouses and sweaters. The racks were just so close together! I can't imagine if someone heavier or with a cane wanted to look at the clothing here. The dressing room is another issue. It smells pretty bad. Like dirty people. It needs a good disinfecting. The stools need replaced because they are a big reason the dressing rooms smell. It's a pretty foul odor. And the temperature in there?! So incredibly hot! People were getting frustrated in there. Complaining about the temperature. Mix the heat with the smell and I was feeling nauseous. The first time I came here I found a dress that I really like and had been looking for that style. But the experience was bad enough I didn't want to return. Since my daughter and I were looking for dresses for a couple of special occasions we have coming up - we decided to give them another shot. This last visit will be the last visit. The very low lighting, the unbearable temperature, the racks pushed too close together while be jammed tightly with too much inventory per rack, and smelly dressing rooms make it impossible to comfortably shop here. So... we didn't buy anything. I just don't think this store wants customers in there. Too bad! Because my daughter and I like clothing shopping - especially if we can get a good brand for a good price. Oh well.

We often visited this mall…read morebecause it's the closest form of "entertainment" for us Highland/Brown/Clermont County folks. Even after moving to the city, I still appreciate Eastgate Mall. Over the years, stores have come and gone. Currently, almost one whole wing of the mall is vacant. I feel like Christmas time is what really keeps this mall alive. It's often scarce but always clean and easy flowing. Kohls, JCPenney, Charlotte Russe, Foot Locker are some of the popular stores here. There is no longer a Hollister, Pac Sun or Aeropostale but young adults can still find a decent selection at Rue 21, Victoria's Secret and Charlotte Russe. I particularly appreciate Crazy 8 for kids, they always have excellent deals. Parking is ample and it's located right off the 275/32 highways. It's a calm, quiet mall that might just fit your taste compared to other busy, large malls. Prices are quite nice, especially if you're a clearance shopper. They have a nice kids play area with soft toys to climb on if your littles need a break.

The mall is just outdated and dark and bleak - I went to the bathroom which weren't very clean which is pretty said since this is technically a dead mall.

From 5 to 1…read more.. Jungle Jim's East has introduced us to countless foods and products that we likely never would have discovered otherwise. For many years, our weekly routine was to stop at Sam's Club for staples, then head straight to Jungle Jim's. We'd grab a beer, leisurely wander the aisles, pick up the rest of our grocery list, and almost always leave with a few unexpected treasures. Unfortunately, over the past several months we've noticed a steady decline in the overall shopping experience. Prices have increased noticeably, the quality and consistency of the produce department no longer seem to be what they once were, and many everyday grocery items have disappeared from the shelves. These aren't obscure products, but rather common items that many shoppers regularly purchase. After asking about the changes, a checkout clerk confirmed that Jungle Jim's is intentionally shifting away from being a traditional grocery store and focusing more heavily on its international market offerings. While we understand and respect that business decision, it no longer aligns with the reason we originally shopped there. What made Jungle Jim's special for us was the combination of unique international products and the ability to complete most of our regular grocery shopping in the same trip. As that balance has changed, we've found ourselves making additional stops elsewhere to find basic items, often at better prices. As a result, we've decided to move most of our grocery shopping back to Kroger. We'll still visit Jungle Jim's occasionally for specialty and international products, but sadly it is no longer our primary grocery destination. We sincerely hope management reconsiders the direction of the store, because we'd love to return to the Jungle Jim's experience that made us loyal customers for so many years.
