I absolutely love going to Trader Joe's, I have made it my go to Friday afternoon stop to prepare for my weekend. It's always clean, it's always stocked, and the Customer Service is aces! I find it very convenient that they have a great selection in their small liquor store connected to the other side of the grocery store. Whether you need to grab a bottle of wine to go with dinner or you need to grab some red wine to prepare that steak you buy with a little kick! Their fresh flowers are beautiful and I have a great time picking out and picking up a weekly arrangement for my home. There's never a wait when checking out even though there are plenty of people shopping there. I have nothing bad to say, but I can continue saying good things. Produce always fresh, great selection of meats from steak to chicken. And they have a nice selection of ready to go meals for those nights you just don't feel like cooking, but still want a nice clean, healthy meal. I will continue to go here, almost always on a weekly basis. One of the best additions that we have gotten in this area in the past five years! read more

I normally go to kenwood but stopped here before an allergy appointment for my son and I love that this location has a wine, beer and liquor store attached to it! I'll definitely have to come back just to check that part out as I don't think Kenwood has bourbon at it. But I always love TJs and this one is no exception. read more

Once in a while I'll come down to this Trader Joe's to shop, even though I live in Cincinnati. The store is more spacious, and I will sometimes see items that they're out of in my local store. They had some holiday felted decorations that I hadn't seen in my local store yet. Both locations have a nice selection of cut flowers, dried branches/brush for arrangements, and plants. One particular bearded worker there was especially friendly and nice when I was checking out! We got into a conversation about the different reusable bags they had. He said that the pickle bag will be retiring soon. The prices here are very reasonable also. read more

There are few things I love more than a good TJ's run. This store is my happy place, and I will wander its curiously designed aisles any chance I get. From the beautiful, hand-lettered signs, to the endless supply of chocolate-coated things, to the employees that are probably paid to flirt with you about which eggs you selected ... Trader Joe's is a truly special store. The problem with most Trader Joe's locations is not their products or their staff members ... but rather, their layout. The folks who originally came up with the concept for this grocery chain surely must have realized that when these stores get busy (as they often do), their aisles are extremely difficult to navigate. Thankfully, I've frequented TJ's locations in five different states, so I'm well aware of the best times to shop ... especially if you don't want to get cornered by a mom wielding both a cart and a stroller, who might literally fight you for the last bag of frozen Orange Chicken. I'll even share my tried and true tips in this review: come before noon on a weekday and the store will be yours. Don't even think about doing your grocery shopping on Sunday. The parking lot at this location is also much better than other TJ's locations, so even when it is busy, you can usually find a decent spot. This store also has its liquor offerings separate from the food, which makes quick trips for their Two Buck Chuck extremely easy. Alas, not even poorly designed aisles or could stop me from shopping at this magical establishment at least once a month. read more

This is my happy place. I love the experience when I shop there. Everything is bright and fresh and the staff is so nice and they seem to love their jobs. At our store they have a separate liquor store and I so enjoy their house Malbec which is so reasonable. I always buy flowers and I have favorites butternut squash zigzags ginger cookies and the pineapple salsa. Yummy. This time I bought some fall delights. Pumpkin everything. I love it read more

What an awesome new location of TJs!!! I am a big fan of TJs, but not so much of the other location in greater Cincy. This spot is much larger, easy to access, and has plenty of parking! There are even neat artistic features on the walls that highlight the region of the store! Upon arrival you are greeted by a cheery outside display of plants, followed by an even nicer floral section inside. Next up, the produce is really good quality, and although a little bit pricier, you get what you pay for. I could go on and on about the prepared salads, dips, meats, dry goods, baked goods, BUT my favorite section here is the frozen section by far. They have so many neat little meals or meal components, desserts, and even breakfast. Stopping at TJs isnt usually just to grab some staples, its more to browse and treasure hunt. Some items are limited time, while others are fan favorites that are available year round. There are also seasonal items. My current favorite is the spicy Mango Lemonade! Despite having just opened within the past week the store was clean, organized, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Whoever trained them did a great job! Bring your own bags to receive an entry into a raffle. Sometimes I do love just taking their store paper bags, as they are the best to reuse for other things (so strong). Prices are reasonable for most items. read more

Finally Northern Kentucky has our own Trader Joe's, I'm so excited so i visited today. It looks ver new, bright, organized, warm and friendly! Lots of choices for one person quick meal, even has Chinese soup dumplings and steam bum. I guess this will be my frequent visit store going forward. Though it's a bit more drive than Kroger, i really liked it here. Now kinda of understand why my daughter is so passionate about Trader Joe's. read more

This TJs reminds me of the ones back home...where parking and maneuvering around the store is not an issue...unlike the Kenwood location. First, everyone here is SO nice and helpful! Is it because it's a new store? Because people in Kentucky are nicer? No clue, but it really made a big difference! Also, if you are unfamiliar (which I was since I do not reside in KY), they have the adult libations/spirits separate...almost like another store, but a room next to the groceries. You have to purchase your alcohol there as well...interesting, but gives them a wider selection of items. Layout is a bit weird, but selection well makes up for that. They had EVERYTHING and more that I was looking for...and that the Kenwood location didn't have. Strange, since they share the same warehouse... If you live in the area, you are very lucky to have a TJs with the nicest people and selection around. If you are up for a drive, it is worth it! read more

As other Yelpers have mentioned, this is a newer location in the TJ network and thankfully its South of the River... and I am very thankful for the addition close to where I now work and live. When I lived in California, TJ's was the go-to of many friends and coworkers so now I have bragging rights to say NoKy has one. While its not the largest store, it does stock the normal staples of a Trader Joe's. When it first opened last summer if you went in the afternoon you stood a good chance of seeing bare shelves and bins because their products sold out! Now, I am sure to a degree the newness has died down and the ordering levels have been adjusted so when I visit I can get just about everything I need. Trader Joe's consistently offers good quality products, generally helpful employees in a very friendly and relaxed "grab and go" location. I mean seriously, I don't have the need to go into stores that have one full aisle dedicated to sugary sodas and another for salty snacks. Thanks TJ's for coming to town! read more

Wow! Clean, bright and great parking. Just what this area needed. I go once a week and staff is incredible. Whitney has been my highlight everytime. She is always willing to help with dinner ideas and does it with such a great attitude. I could ask her a millions questions and I would never feel like a burden. I am beyond happy that there's a TJs in Nky. Thank you for coming! I love the groceries I get. I do think there should be more gluten free options that doesn't include wheat. Sometimes I feel like that's misunderstood so basically I'm asking Trader Joe's corporate to make wheat free stuff please! I shop there every week. I love all the staff, they are so friendly!! Kendria is awesome and this cashier with her half and half hair was awesome and I've actually had quiet a few awesome cashiers. And I have no idea who it was but some employee suggested I try the tangerine juice. I was like oh cool. But not that interested.
