Liberty center has a ton of cute stuff, indoor and outdoor, and is kid friendly with both indoor and outdoor play areas. I don't liven too close to it so I'm not there a ton but I do enjoy going when I get the chance, especially when I grab food at North Star! If you're willing to walk there is also a lot of free parking lots. read more

Beautiful shopping district with a wide range of stores to keep any shopper happy. Great upscale and casual dining options. Well lit walking paths. You can carry your alcoholic beverage with you if you choose to do so, but must purchase the designated cup. Parking can be difficult, especially for a quick trip. There are parking meters for street parking and garages both. Very nice atmosphere. I imagine holiday shopping would be very festive here. read more

Do NOT go to liberty for Santa pictures. They will make you stand with a newborn for ever because they now have a reservation line. They need to do one or the other not both. This was HORRRIBLE. I suggest somewhere else like hamilton Santa House. Will Never do this again. Didn't know there were reservations that could be done. Try standing with a month and 1/2 baby. Sad because Santa looked great but horrible for the wait. read more

Stay away from Claire's in the Liberty Center. The manager, Cassie, is rude when inconvenienced. On June 20, 2025, my daughter wanted to put a few items back after seeing that her total was $43.88. She huffed, got annoyed, and looked at my daughter like she grew a third eye. My daughter, not wanting to make a fuss or be pushy, bought all of the items anyway. I am sorry if you don't want to delete items from an order, restock the items, and or deal with teenagers, but then maybe you shouldn't work in retail. You especially shouldn't work at Claire's where most of your clientele are teenagers. read more

Such limited hours! Saturday night and they close at 8pm! Weekdays close at 7 and Sunday at 6pm. Definitely need to expand on their hours.

I have seen the mall and the clientele they service deteriorate over the past six years. Teens are allowed to run wild since the security force is stretched beyond its capabilities. There are good security officers, but just not enough of them. They should go back to hiring some off duty Butler County deputy's. In my opinion, the corporate owners don't seem to have learned that you can't cut your way to success. If you go please go with a few friends and keep your head on a swivel. read more

First week of June following Covid 19, surprised to find stores closed forever, and others just not open yet. Maybe 30 percent open. The biggest disappointment for me was that Lush wasn't open and I really needed a birthday gift for my niece....their biggest fan! Dillards was open with many markdowns. Chicos too. Just another mall. Got stars for actually having stores open. What a concept. Prices seem high even on unique stores for local goods. Crowds still large, Covid or not! Some inside, some outside. Parking is a zoo. Guess I'm spoiled by online shopping. But did get some exercise so that was good. Not sure what they could do different. read more

This is a large shopping center near West Chester. It has pretty much every chain store you can imagine. That's its problem. It doesn't have much you can't get somewhere else. Probably cheaper than here too. It has many of the fashion stores you can think of. If you're a guy that kind of thing usually won't draw you in. What might are the bars and restaurants. Again, most can be found elsewhere. Pretty much everything here is part of a chain so it's not unique. Even Bar Del Mar is a concept by Brio. There's a Northstar but it already has a big presence in Columbus. Good if you've never been to one, but if you have there really isn't much you haven't seen before. The stores are for women for the most part. As with any shopping center, parking sucks. It's possible to find a spot here. There's just meters and they even charge you on Sundays. read more

Liberty Center - Library - Shopping Centers Near Me - Liberty Township, Ohio

I love shopping centers that are created to look like small communities. There are apartments, stores, restaurants, a small splash pad, and my nanny kids favorite mall play area. The play area is sponsored and named after the Cincinnati Children's hospital. We visit about once a week and this play area is invaluable during the winter months when we are stuck indoors. It is conveniently located by The food court. During the week they host two story times with songs, reading, and dancing. A few times we have been lucky to get a visit from a Doctor from Children's who volunteers their time to read to the children. There is a free library and it might be my favorite touch in the center. The shopping here is so-so. Department stores mixed in with a few boutique style shops. The dining selection varies from fast food in the food court to some nicer restaurants once you step out into the outdoor mall area. There is a nice movie theater conveniently located. Street parking requires you to pay. I suggest parking behind The Foundry or in the garage where it is free. And if you're a mom or nanny looking for a fun day/cheap play date spot this is a good one. Our routine has kind of turned into indoor play area and a pizza from the food court. The family restrooms are great at this mall. Small toilets for little ones who are independent. read more

Liberty Center continues to evolve as a destination for outdoor dining, shopping, and entertainment. There is something for everyone here whether it is upscale shopping, fast casual or fine dining, bars, a theater, and even live music during the warmer months. Parking on the streets closest to the shops comes at a price with meters, but free parking is available if you are willing to walk. In addition there is a hotel and living spaces here if you want to stay for longer! It is easy access off I-75 so no matter where you are at in greater Cincy, it is worth stopping by! read more

Liberty Center is one of the newer developments in Liberty Township with indoor but mostly outdoor shopping, dinning and a couple entertainment options. Easy access immediately off of I75. Many common franchise stores, with a few smaller boutiques. If you haven't been. Plan an day of brunch at Northstar, shopping and a movie. Apartments are available for rent above shopping and they are modern with mostly open floor plans. Though the apartments are nice, I struggle to vision living here given a huge dependency on a car. No grocery store, mass transit or corporate offices in the area. read more

Liberty Center is an overall impressive shopping center. The outdoor store and restaurant selections are unique and vast. The indoor shopping mall still feels very new and well put together..even though it's been open for a couple years now. We love coming out here to catch a movie at the Cinebistro. Pies & Pints is one of our favorite pizza places in Cincinnati. They seem to have a lot of the stores that we love to shop at. The events they throw here are fun..and the decorations, especially around Christmas time, are really really cool. The food court inside the indoor mall is probably one of the best ones I've come across. A little something for everyone..a SBarro, a Five Guys..a fried chicken place, Japanese & Chinese options, as well as a QDoba. If I had to pick an overall favorite food court out of all the malls in Cincinnati, this would have to be it. The indoor mall has a good deal of empty storefronts for how nice it is..I wouldn't say they are "vacated" spots, I just don't think they were ever bought up. It speaks to the sad situation going on with all malls these days. If a place as new and nice and upscale as Liberty Center can't attract business's to their indoor mall, how do places like Tri-County or Eastgate Malls have a chance? I hope Liberty Center beats the odds and fills up eventually and succeeds. As it stands it's still one of the better malls in the Cincinnati area. read more

The mall itself is decent. The issue I have with it is Liberty is supposed to close at 9pm (on specific nights) but a lot of the stores in it decide to close early at 7:00-7:30. Which is very frustrating when you take the time to go up and there and half of the stores closed early. It's been this way for months. read more

I love coming here, especially during Christmas time when everything is decorated. They've got all the major stores you'd expect a mall to have, plus a few extra local shops. The seating lounge area conveniently has a row of charging stations and comfy chairs and couches. The food court could have a better selection of restaurants, but the full-restaurant selection outdoors is great. Love Northstar Cafe, Pies and Pints, and Coopers Hawk. What else would I like to see here? Definitely a bookstore. And a nice pastry shop or bakery. Also the bathrooms never have any soap. Would return. read more

If you love to shop with a verity of your basic retail to pricey retail this is a nice spot to shop. There's a family area where you can spin around in chairs, checkers, and even connect 4. Nice place to take cute photos also so bring your smile with you. Multiple eateries also! read more

I have lived in an apartment within the Liberty Center for the past three years. Liberty Center has its own Health & Security operation. It's purpose is to oversee the security needs of the mall and apartments. The current supplier for security is Allied Security. They have had the contract for the past year to year and a half. I and other residents have observed a serious decline in security since they took over. Before the took over you would visually see security officers on a frequent basis. You would see them on foot and vehicles which allowed them to respond quickly to any inappropriate behavior occurring in the mall. I have yet to see Allied driving in vehicles around the interior or exterior of the mall. On June 26th, a group of teenagers were being unruly and started throwing rocks off of the roof above Sugar on Haskell Street. One of the rocks hit a seven year old boy who was injured. Allied was no where around. The boys father confronted the group which threatened to beat him up. The father called 911 which responded. Allied was still no where to be found. I pushed an emergency buzzer which is installed on some lamps throughout the mall complex. I waited 20 minutes and still no response. I could not recommend families to come to Liberty Center Mall. Groups of unruly teenagers using loud and crude profanity have become more frequent on the weekends. The security officers that I have seen are so overweight they could not respond to an emergency in a timely manner nor manage it once they did arrive. When people have contacted the security office they have frequently been given attitude to the caller instead of service. The mall has been struggling financially since it opened. I fear that they have reduced the quantity and quality of the security staff. I guess they'd rather pay civil suit awards whether than pay for a quality security operation. Allied most definitely is not a quality vendor at any cost. As the saying goes. You get what you pay for. read more

As far as shopping centers go, Liberty Center is one of my favorites. The center offers both an indoor and outdoor shopping experience. Most of the businesses accessible from the street are sit down eateries. A movie theater and hotel are also street accessible. Indoors is a traditional mall. Department stores, food court, and other shops one would expect from a mall. Unlike, many malls across the country, this one is full of occupied shops. The mall itself is two stories. Parking is available in parking lots, or metered spaces. Something that is quite unique about Liberty Center, is the metered spaces. Money collected by the meters is distributed to various charities. Paying to park closer to the businesses does good for the community. It is not uncommon to see the metered spots full. At least when I have been there. The parking lots are free. read more

Cincinnati Newest Mall - Combination of an indoor and outdoor mall. This mall was built a few years back by the same builders as the Greene in Dayton and Easton in Columbus and they are very similar. The shopping mall is located in West Chester/Liberty Township with lots of shopping and restaurants. There is also a movie theater and a comedy club. They also have a kids area to play, and outdoor greenery for everyone to enjoy. This is a great mall for the area and is gives the community options of places to eat and shop. I rated this mall a 4/5 due to the variety of shops. They are still trying to fill some of the storefronts, so there aren't many shopping choices. Give it some time and this mall will be comparable to Easton in Columbus. read more

This place is fricken amazing! I haven't had a chance to check the entire place out as it is very huge. But I'm going to be updating my review little by little. I'm hoping to explore the whole place soon. So far so good. This shopping center reminds me of Easton Mall in Columbus. It is literally everything and definitely worth the 35-40 minute drive. I love this mall because it's beautiful. It is mostly outdoor, but also has an indoor portion. When the weather is nice, I love getting food to go and eating on the large lawn so my toddler can run around. And the other night I discovered their nice indoor spot. They do offer the usual food court table and chairs on the second floor. But on the first floor they have a huge, wide open space with four different sitting areas. Each is furnished with couches, comfy chairs and coffee tables. There's also a long wall with a glassed fireplace that's at least 10 ft. Long. It feels cozy and spacious at the same time. We enjoyed a meal at a coffee table and couch and it felt just like relaxing at home. And my toddler had plenty of space to run around, not be in anyone's way and I could keep a good eye on him. We'll definitely visit this place regularly. read more

This is a great mall in the heart of West Chester. It is set up to where you have to walk outside to get to the majority of the shops and retail areas, but for the most part, everything is central to one another. The small has a huge variety of stores, including the major department store Dillards sprinkled with several boutiques. One of my favorite highlights of this town center is that there are several restaurants to choose from. You can dine at the Cheesecake Factory with their 20+ page menu to suit everyone in your party or get something quick at the burger joint or even go all fancy with the Rodrizio Brazilian restaurant. There is a Starbucks, as well as a few snack and sweet jobs not too far from each other. In the mood to see a movie? This town center has one of the best movie theaters in Cincinnati. It is called Cinebistro. You can enjoy the movie relaxing in recliner's and order food off the menu to be brought before the movie begins. Too fancy for you? No worries. You can check out the other side of the movie theaters that is more traditional without food being served. Parking is sprinkled all around the town center. There is also a free parking garage and several street parking spots with meters in front of the boutiques. read more

This is a good shopping center. I only gave it 4 star because they have absoutely very little parking on the street. I also do not care for the layout of this shopping center. However I would come here for a day of shopping and have lunch and possibly dinner since this place od so huge. They do have a very nice restaurant called Rusty Bucket which was very good. read more

Such a nice shopping center! Definitely worth the drive from Cincinnati. Liberty Center is so gorgeous. If you have a few hours and the weather is nice, you should check this place out! This outdoor shopping, dining, and entertainment center has it all. It has one of my favorite movie theaters in the area (Cobb Luxury Theaters), really good shopping, a nice park with water fountains for kids to play in, and lots of food options. I recently tried Northstar Cafe, and it was awesome! The shopping is all the usual mall chains (Dillard's department store, Old Navy, Victoria's Secret, Build a Bear Workshop), plus a few extras. I particularly like that they have a Kendra Scott jewelry store (one of my favorite jewelry designers!) and a Graeter's. They have an indoor and an outdoor shopping area, so you should check out both. Parking is weird...You can park in a garage or pay a few bucks to park in the street and be closer to the shops. Overall, a nice addition to Liberty Township/West Chester area. read more

Totally impressive. I have been there three times already since opening day and have had a blast each time. This shopping center is a marriage between The Greene in Dayton, OH and Kenwood Towne Center in Montgomery, OH. It is mainly outdoor shopping but walk up a few steps and enter 'The Foundry' to find a nice surprise: an indoor mall! Complete with your indoor mall staples such as Journey's, The Buckle, American Eagle, Aerie, Hot Topic, etc. It also has an absolutely beautiful food court that currently only offers Sbarro, Great American Cookies and Auntie Anne's, but more places are coming soon and it may be worth sitting down in that area strictly for the modern, Restoration Hardware-esque decor. Below Sbarro is "The Living Room" which is loaded with couches and chairs positioned in front of a two-story fireplace. Super cozy. At the back of The Foundry, you'll find a massive Dick's Sporting Goods a whopping two stories large. They have a wide variety, including my two favorites; The North Face and CALIA by Carrie Underwood. Other than just retail stores in the outdoor section, you'll find a model train that the kids are sure to enjoy and a splash pad. Restaurants that are currently open are Kona Grill, The Rusty Bucket, The Cheesecake Factory and Graeter's Ice Cream. Although not technically a restaurant, I do want to note that Starbucks does not open until 2016. Luckily, there is a Starbucks across the street from Liberty Center right by the Kroger Marketplace. The architecture and style of this shopping center makes it an epic addition to the area, one that will have you returning time and time again. I'm so glad I live within 15 minutes of this place... Lots of shopping and, hopefully, a higher resale value of my home! read more

Guess I am the only negative commenter? My rating is based on the layout, it's horrible. People have no idea where to go and I almost always have an incident where someone nearly crashes into me, the roads are very narrow and it feels like how I would imagine a rat in a maze would feel. Trying to dodge and navigate through the confused traffic. It's clean, it's nice, it's better than your standard looking mall but - the street navigation is brutal. read more

I have been to the Liberty Center Mall numerous times since 2017. The first time I went there was for the Northstar Cafe Yelp event. Now the Northstar Cafe is one of my favorite restaurants. Their classic cheeseburger is so good. Before the menu changed this year the Root salad was also frequently ordered by my daughter and I. Last time I tried the Thai Chicken Burrito with peanut sauce. It was fantastic. And we always get the big chocolate chocolate chip cookies. In the plaza across the street is Graeter's Ice Cream. What could be better! The entrance to the indoor mall is also across the street from Northstar. It has a very cool touch screen map just a few feet in from the doors. There is also a decorative glass dome ceiling that lets in the natural light. On the left there is an Old Navy store where I recently found a good deal on several pairs of clearance pants. If you walk straight ahead and to the right there is an entrance to the covered parking garage where I have parked several times. This garage is very conveniently accessed by car when you turn in for the mall off the main street. There are many other fun restaurants and stores at the Liberty Center to enjoy. Stopped by Dillard's to check out the new store and location....... Dillard's - one of the best looking and laid out stores I have been in. Very open and appointed. Floors, lighting, displayed merchandise enticing. Beautiful store and friendly associates. Outdoor Mall Areas and Stories - well decorative for the season, clean and open. Wide selection of top end stories. Indoor Mall Area (next to Dillard's and Dicks) - the Laser graphics on the brick chimney is novel. This is the same chimney that extends thru the roof with graphics viewable outside. Will be back even though it's a distance........ read more

Great selection of stores, restaurants and entertainment. There is always something fun going on from movies in the summer to the holiday parades. My son loves to see the train setup and also likes to play in the water. No matter where you eat or shop, Graeters is the perfect ending to a trip to Liberty Center. read more

It is a great place to go around and walk with some friends, not the best place for shopping if you are looking for specific items. It is modeled off of Easton in Columbus, Ohio and the layout of the mall is very reflective of this. There is a beautiful area upstairs by the side of Lush and it is well lit and a great place to go with friends. You can carry your drinks around with "DORA". I love coming here to just walk around and chat with people. read more

The Liberty Center mall just opened last week and of course it's packed! Not only is it super busy but no one knows how to drive it seems. A lot of the stores aren't even open yet and they're going to have apartments. but it seems like everyone is in a hurry to see the newest thing. The Cheesecake Factory had a long line and the new Kona grill had a two hour wait. but a little tip is if you go upstairs to the bar or outside because it was a crisp day you will likely find a seat sooner. The GAP and H & M is not open yet but bath and body works and Victoria secret are. Not to mention the new luxury Cinebistro and a Brazilian steakhouse. read more
