The showroom employees have told me that they were unable to get a vest to fit me correctly because my "shoulders were too broad" and I don't "look like the mannequin". This coming from a store that makes "custom suits". I have suits off the rack at other stores that fit better, have higher quality fabric and cost much less. My bill was nearly $1k for a suit I never want to wear because of how bad it looks after multiple fittings with multiple team members at this store. The 6 weeks it takes to get a suit is for the store to send the order overseas to be made, this is what you are paying for. Save your time and money and go anywhere else.

There were no signs saying "appointment only," the store was nearly empty, and yet the female associate acted like we were an inconvenience from the moment we walked in. She rolled her eyes when we said we didn't have an appointment, told us they were "booked solid" (which was not true -- I checked online and they had openings), and kept repeating answers with a condescending "got that? You got it now?" as if we were wasting her time. Her dismissive and rude attitude made it very clear she didn't want to help us. I almost called her out then and there because it was so obvious she was being rude on purpose. Instead, we walked out and went to Nordstrom, where we spent quite a bit and were treated with actual luxury customer service. I will never go back to Indochino and am now a loyal Nordstrom customer. One retail worker's arrogance and lack of basic respect cost Indochino not just a sale, but any chance of repeat business.

Upon entering I walked to the rear of the store to get to the men's department. Back in the right corner was a clearance rack with pants on it. Corduroy pants! Behind that was the changing room. Also they actually had my size in several colors. I found and tried on a black and a gray pair. They fit which was great news! While in the back of the store I spoke to a friendly and helpful employee. He kept track of my pending purchase as I went to the men's bathroom. The sign said you can not take clothes in there. When I was ready to leave the same employee directed me to the moveable checkout counter on a rolling cart near the front of the store. I got 2 pair of pants for less than $12 each. In less than 2 minutes l was walking out to the mall again feeling very satisfied! If you find yourself at the mall at Liberty Center check out this store. So, I made my way to Bird Brain Apparel at Liberty Center, and let me tell you--it did not disappoint. The vibe of the store is incredible, and Troy and Jason, the two guys working today, were some of the friendliest, most genuine people I've met in retail. They made the experience even better! Bird Brain has a killer selection of clothes and an insane sneaker collection--if you're into sneakers, you need to see this place. And, as a bonus, they buy sneakers off you, too! Because didn't know there was one in this area. The set up is women's on first floor. Upstairs so is men's and kids combine. It's connected to the mall. Everything is organized and not cluttered. Of course I had to take advantage of the sale rack. Ended up finding two sweaters for $13.99 and a pack of workout socks for $9.99. At checkout the cashier mentioned rewards program which is free. If you first sign up, you get 10% off your first purchase. Had to take advantage of that. Overall, I love H&M, good to know that I can shop at one even if I have to drive 40 minutes out of my way.

I returned my items (which were paid for using 2 gift cards and credit card). The girl told me it was all going back to my credit card which is never what happens when you use a credit card, so I went outside to call my credit card company and H&M. No credit back to my card pending (understandable) but H&M customer service told me the store told me the wrong thing and I was being emailed two e gift cards, plus credit card refund. So now I'm stuck buying clothes without the gift card that should have just been handed to me. We make our purchase and get to the car and bam, an e gift card back to my account. So now we are walking back in to make them refund and rering the items so we can use the gift cards and forever be done with this store.

I don't come here often (because I'm a guy and....well....I'm a guy) but when I do, they always have what I need. It's pretty basic - A multi-story department store. If you want to know all they have, go to their website and check it out. Better yet, just go in and check it out. For the most part, service is typically great. The staff is friendly and helpful and you can usually find someone to assist you relatively easy. Would I go back? Yes. And, as I mentioned before, as a typical guy I go shopping when I need something. I know what I want, I go in, I get it, I pay for it, I leave. Now, let's say that you didn't try those pants on when you really should have. You get home and they're too big or........... or maybe you're too big.... whatever the case, grab the receipt and head on back. They'll take care of you. But, if you want to save yourself the trouble, go hit up that dressing room and see how sharp you look.
